Scam. Reached hotel in Varanasi. They had no clue about the booking even though we had a confirmation number/ multiple emails. Left stranded

Yatra confirmed my booking at Ravikant Hotel, Parvati Road Pune where they have no tie up. I was left helpless at at 9:30 pm at time of checking where hotel said that I have no booking and hotel is full. I had to spend more money and went through difficulties and no helpline number was available from Yatra. They have started my refund but its is very horrible website for travellers.
They should stop this business.

Yatra.com is a big group of scammers. Had my payment done via Gpay but I never received the confirmation mail or message from them. That too at 11pm. There is no customer care service that is available online. The numbers are Fake and they’ll tell you to mail them but there is no response after many mails. It has happened with many others . Please I suggest who so ever is reading this review please don’t book from them.

I dont want to give any star , Please avoid booking flight tickets if you don't want to suffer.There management don’t know how to refund money . its a worst application till date

I was booking a flight from Kolkata CCU to Hyderabad for a medical checkup. And during that time the website of Yatra kept on flickering, there was some kind of bug on the site and Yatra booked my flight from Delhi to Hyderabad. I kept on calling their helpline number but it was dead, not a single customer care service was available. It was so annoying to the point that despite repeated attempts of cancellation from my side and faulty functioning from theirs I was angry and approached the consumer court in India and after receiving legal notices Yatra emailed me- your concern has been resolved and assured me I will get my money back. Till date I didn’t receive a single penny of refund from Yatra! And the best part there are millions of pending disputes of Yatra with customers yet this company is up and running and the govt hasn’t declared it a scam site yet!

I had to give one star because there was no option of giving it ZERO stars. Worst website experience ever. While making the payment due to their website glitch they changed the airlines and the timings consequently got changed. There is no customer care to speak with. No response on mail.

DEFINITELY NOT GOING AGAIN WITH THIS WEBSITE. NO ONE ELSE SHOULD USE THIS WEBSITE EVER.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK your tickets from Yatra.com worst experience ever I booked my flights from their app and website then the airline canceled the flight 48 hours before but I was only informed by email and their application, website, and also the toll-free number mentioned that I have an active booking and Yatra did not provide any compensation. I had to book tickets because of their pathetic service

I visited to goa, they booked so called 4 star hotel where they will not provide you any 4 star service not even water bottle till you ask them, also driver timings are so bad 9:30 to 6 only.
And we wanted to visit on beach after 6 for dinner we haved booked our own vehicle.
We wasted our money.
So bad experience this time

I have bad experience for goa tour.

I have taken package rs 12999 with adventure trips with pick and drop railway station.

First bad experience is they did not call to us and proper guidance how to reach and about activities.

I have 20 times call the tour advisor.
He gave us one phone number and we need to call the person for activities.

Don't take package from yatra for any place. Bad services and you will not enjoying your tour

What’s the point of giving the details of booking when you don’t even have courtesy to act.

They are thieves, they make u buy a ticket and never issue u a PNR number. After 24 hours they cancell ur ticket and charge u 2000 as cancellation fee.

Yatra.com failed at all levels to be a travel agency in India.
I had the worst experience of my life in booking international flight from Del to SFO.
1. Booked Del to SFO and received confirmation from yantra.com at 1:47 PM including confirmation number and Airline PNR details. Paid 3,76,000 INR
2. 4 hours later agent called me asking for another 28000 INR to keep the booking
3. Upon asking questions, why there is such miscommunication, all vague answers and nothing concrete
I highly recommend to refrain from using this company for any travel needs.There are much better companies around.
Planning to file a consumer court complaint as well.

My point is simple and Yatra should not send confirmation of booking unless confirmed from airlines.This is part of unethical business practice

I was promised by Yatra that they will help me in my next booking and waive any convenience fee plus provide best fare pricing with all available promo codes. I was trying to contact Yatra and have sent 6 email with no response. I have booked tickets with Yatra and have been looking to get refund of convenience fee and promo code "DigiSmart". Totaling of amount 14,000 INR. Yatra.com customer support, this is in your court to make things right.

This website has strong difficulties to deal with international cards, beware !!!

If the page says payment failed, be sure to wait 15 minutes. I made another reservation (again, payment was said to be unsuccessful) . Later on I receive two confirmed bookings. I contact the customer service about this issue and they just say that it would be at the hotel discretion to reimburse me (and if they do so, they will charge me 250 rupees because "I want" to cancel). No , I do not want anything except using a website working properly. JUST AVOID AND USE THEIR COMPETITORS

One of the worst website to get the ticket done . I got my ticket done through it. Money is deducted but i didn't got any confirmation from them even after 18 hrs . They tell you to bear with them , if in case flight get confirmed then it is okay otherwise bear extra charges .

Basically try your luck free free free.

When you call them and ask them , that this is not fault of airline ,it is your problem then they ask you to wait or if you are in so much hurry then take this number to contact them .

So overall , you have one more job opportunity to be part of technical support for the whole day .

In conclusion , we get ticket done through flight to save our time , but
They will not let you save your time and even money .

If there is zero star for customer service I would give one. It is impossible to reschedule or cancel tickets once we book through this website. This company only takes money from public and provides zero customer service. Very untrustworthy company

Horrible customer service. They don't pick calls. Tried canceling immediately after booking. They never picked up.
Will never buy from this website. I would rather spend extra money and buy from airlines directly.

Booked a hotel for 13 nights - chose Superior Room at Udman Greater Noida because that choice included breakfast. Called the hotel at 9.00 PM that I will be arriving late around 2.00 AM. Hotel informed me that they have no booking for me. Had to send someone to the hotel to show all the texts I had received from yatra - when they finally admitted that they had the booking. Woke up in the morning to get breakfast- and now I am being told it’s not included ??? Ridiculous “bait and switch” tactic by yatra and their hotel partners. Now I am told they will not modify or cancel my booking- Zero refund (out of Rs 50,843)

Stay away from Udman Hotel and Yatra.com - not trustworthy At All
