I also had to update my number and was already irritated cause of bad experiences from other sites and within an hour of email communication, my number was updated and redemption processed! I'm not impressed at all with this site. I played it a ton in the last few months and I finally won. Well the verification process is absurd!!! It has been over a week and I had to go to my actual bank to get a statement from them and now I'm still waiting and waiting even after all of this time.
