I finally won a good amount from Yay Casino. I did have an issue with them taking much longer than usual, but I sent them a message and I received a response really quick. After speaking with CS, my redemption was approved within the next 30 minutes. I was not expecting such a quick reply and approval. I was going to put a 4 but changed to a 5 after CS definitely did an excellent job in getting me approved so fast. Thanks Yay, I really needed it.

I really enjoy the variety of games at Yay Casino they have a great selection, and that’s what keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the verification process has been very frustrating. I’ve submitted everything they requested, but I still haven’t been verified. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same response: that my verification is “still being worked on.” It feels like I’m not getting any real updates or timeline. I want to give this casino a higher rating because the games are fun, but customer service and the verification process need a lot of improvement. Better communication and faster verification would make a huge difference.

I like all the games they offer
I like all the games they offer, and I seem to do ok on them. One thing I would recommend is that some games says restricted but once I turn off my wifi use my cell data I can play on them. Don't understand cause im in the same area, so if that can get fixed would be great. Maybe add more megaway games I can play as well as those are my favorite. Other then that had nothing but good experiences.
