I've been tricked
Hello, I received an e-mail from you a month ago and it said that those who upload 1000 images will be paid 10 usd. I have uploaded more than 20000 images but no money has been added to my account.

Yet another pathetic thieves
Several month ago, almost a year, I was requested to remove my account. It was removed, but my images is still on sale, which was reasoned by the fact that the images are still on sale, in case I suddenly change my mind. Account deleted, images on sale - and how about my royalties in this case? I've send another few emails confirming account termination, but they simply stopped answering.
So, how about to finally remove my account and stop stealing my content?
Conclusion.
If you're their client - you're probably paying for literally stolen things.
If you're contributor - think twice before stepping into this.
YAY Images provides great royalty free images for us
YAY Images is our go-to platform for sourcing images that can be used in our marketing campaigns. They have a huge inventory of over 12 million images that can be used royalty-free for our projects.

Account was deleted and they resolved quickly
I'm extremely confused. I've made several attempts on why my account was deleted after I paid for the plan? I would've handle it another way but no one from their company will respond to several of my email request on why I don't have access to something I paid for. I was able to download one image and attempted to logon the next day and it indicated that my account "does not exist". I have receipt the money was drafted from my business account.
Please make this right Yayimages.
Update: 3/31/2022
Yay Images responded quickly to this review and fix the error on their end. Overall the images are okay. But I absolutely love the vectors and collection of videos!

Solved problems
I had the same problem as De Jef, past march 25, I bought a lifetime licence, and it didn't work when I tried. I sent emails to "post" and
"support" of yayimages.com with the
payment support and other evidence. Yesterday I received the answer, and today I can enter it into my account. Thanks for solving my problem.

Good service
I got a deal for lifetime acces.
After checking out the quality and diversity of the images and footage, I decided to buy it, as these pictures would be fine for my needs.
Then a problem arose: without a credit card it seems impossible to pay. And paypal seemed not an option either...
After some e-mails with the very helpfull people at Yays, this was coveniently solved.

Fits My Needs, Good Price Point
As a subscriber, so far it's a good solution. Other stock image databases are priced more for companies who might use a much larger amount of stock photos than I ever need to, and the price point for my uses is great with YAY. Image quality could be a bit better, to be honest. There are far too many photos where models are wearing ridiculous clothing, and far far too many photos where models are photographed in a white room instead of a natural/lifestyle background. That being said, I'd rather spend a few extra minutes digging for a good photo and pay $12/mth when I only need 3-5 photos/mth than the alternatives which are much more expensive.
Images also load very quickly, which is a huge plus. Alternative platforms with similar quality images loaded very slow.
I do wish the image compression was a little better, but it's not a deal breaker. I have a tool that compresses them post-download that will bring a 1600px wide photo down to 150-250kb with a full color background. It just would be nice to not have that extra step, because our compression tool works after uploading to the server, and the original file is saved, so it does affect our server storage capacity. Still, pretty small issue.
Overall I'm fairly happy with the platform. I'm not a heavy user, so it fits my needs at a price that doesn't seem outrageous when I know I'll just be using it a few times a month.

Good deals - slow customer service
I bought lifetime deal - Yayimages had technical problems during my purchase and it took several weeks and emails for customer service to apply the deal to my account. Otherwise the service works fine.

This site is the best site I have ever…
This site is the best site I have ever found.
The pictures are crystal clear and are value for money
I'm just trying to understand how this…
I'm just trying to understand how this works. I can't seem to find a way to edit/remove/ submitted content...and it seem like they are all free for all to use for some reason, I have many many submitted things and a lifetime of $0 income from them.
(same content is earners on other stock sites)
I don't know, something really fishy is going on with these guys. I would like to be able to set a price or subscription for my content or if not, select that I at least get paid, not give away all my stuff.

Fairly pointless agency
Fairly pointless agency. Very limited sales. They now blanket decline all images as limited commercial value.
170 images accept no problem. The next 21 all rejected. It's just inconsistent.

Think twice before you join yayimages as a contributor.
Recently, they rejected all my uploaded photos -which were accepted by other 8 stock companies- in the same reason "Limited Commercial Value". It's convenient huh.
When I asked them to close my account and delete all my assets, they refused to pay my unpaid Earnings.
Think twice before you join them, contributors.

Be carful with this company
Be carful with this company. They locked my account when i earned more than 100$ .They are still selling my images. Law suit in progress.
Your answer is not True. I had an account for more than 5 years. And suddenly you found reasone just not to pay.
You accept content sell it and suddenly when there is money you steal it.
I also can see from the comments that it already happened multiple times. You are stealing from contributors.

Started using YAY Images, Found my solution!
Started using YAY Images via a freebie they had released on an online platform.
I found the number of images available to be excellent for using to build my clients' web design projects, and have chosen to purchase more to extend my project abilities.
Very happy with the service provided and looking forward to seeing more content as time goes on as they add more content over time. You will find what you need for your marketing requirements on YAY Images.
Thugs!
GET A GRIP, YAYIMAGES.
Don't you know the difference between STOCK FOOTAGE and STOCK IMAGES?
I asked to remove my stock footage and keep the stock images as it is. The request was NOT to disable my account, you thugs!
So much for a marketplace with the name YAY"IMAGES". Not so YAYful experience though.
You know what, keep the account suspended. I don't wanna contribute to such an ignorant marketplace.
UPDATE (October 14 2021):
They suspended my account after finding this review on Trustpilot.
The note says "Your account has been suspended for violating our terms or for other reasons. Your content is scheduled for deletion"
What a Joke!
This is what happens when a so-called "Organization" is run by "amateurs". I am certain that the reply was from their CEO or some high-ranking employee. They only had this 1 guy respond to all the customers and contributors' queries. 1 guy for all.
And yes, I had $33 accumulated in my profile. Keep the change. Throw a little bonus for your employees. It looks like you guys need that money more than I do.
Enjoy! THUGS
Original Review:
Thugs!
I wish there was an option to provide 0 stars. These thugs lured contributors last year (Mar-Apr 2020) with a promise to sell stock footage and share 50% revenue with contributors. The exact words from their email goes something like this:
"We are launching video footage single sales. The pricing model will be single sales only, customers pay for what they need, when they need it. We will share commissions on a 50/50 basis.
Pricing for video single sales, will be as follows:
SD: $49
HD: $59
4K: $149
The first step you need to take to become a video contributor, is to login to the contributor dashboard and request approval."
Sure it was a tempting offer, and I uploaded 400 of my best clips on their platform.
As soon as contributors started uploading stock clips to their platform, they silently decreased the video prices to
$5 for HD
$25 for 4K
Like seriously guys? Where's your promise?
When I asked them to remove all 400+ clips, they "assured" me that the clips will be removed within 24 hours.
That was 3 days ago.
I don't recommend contributors submit their hard work to these thugs.

YaYimages is one of the two stock Photo…
YaYimages is one of the two stock Photo sites I would recommend. I at first had a small issue with them but after talking about things everything was resolved.
One of the things I love to do is help out start-ups as well as with a name I know about.
Their packages are well priced and I have to say I am happy with them.
Excellent images
Excellent images, very quick and easy to download. The search facility is brilliant too. Would definitely recommend.
