I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ybet as biggest scam ever.

I have completed their identity verification process THREE times, and each time I try to withdraw my balance of €211.70, they either:

Ask for another verification (even though it's been approved already),

Or completely ignore my emails.

I haven't received a single reply from them since 2 weeks. They just refuse to process my withdrawal, despite me fully verifying my account several times.

This looks like a deliberate tactic to block withdrawals. Extremely shady and likely illegal behavior.

I'm reporting them to their payment providers, licensing authorities, and all watchdog forums.
If you value your money, do not deposit a cent into Ybet.

Edit: The withdrawal indeed was successful but it took a way too long and and i had to complain to authorities. This horrible process with 3x verification I will never forget that's why the star number remains the same.

This casino is an absolute scam. I won 108k and they have taken the funds under false reasons. I have contacted support multiple times and they always say: "your appeal has been accepted and can't be discussed with live support", after that message I get a chat ban and via email support I am getting ignored. It has been 3 weeks and my 15 emails regarding the incident have been ignored. I have videoproof of everything and that I won the 108k honestly, I'll file a report to the authorities. Please don't go to this online casino as they will literrely steal your funds when you win.

So i register with ybets.net, make deposit receive bonus play slots and win. When i make a withdrawal, it shows being processed then after 4 days gets cancelled. I go to chat, they say nothing. Then i get an email saying I need to do KYC; which is ID and selfie. I do that and follow up many times with chat and emails, then after 10 days or so, i get another email saying i need to provide utility bill and copy of transaction of crypto deposit. I do that, same circle again, chat and emails and after 10 days i receive an email saying im verified. I go to withdrawal, make withdrawal, after 4 days of being processed it gets cancelled. reason: provider is checking the bets and it can take 14 days or more. i go to chat they know nothing saying it is provider who is doing this and not they and how can i contact provider? there is no way. I am sure there is no such thing as provider doing verification and all this is to make the customer play and lose and they gain time and use my money to pay others and so on. So basically 5 weeks are gone and we are playing back and forth games to have KYC done and now it is up to a THIRD party whom we dont know and I have to wait indefinitely and can get no updates as to whats going on.

PS: My withdrawal was finally paid on August 1st after roughly 3 weeks of being initiated. I believe to regain customer trust and have higher ratings this casino has a lot to do

🚨 YBets.net is Blocking Players and Hiding Behind a Fake License

I was blocked by YBets.net after making a withdrawal. They claimed it was for “duplicate accounts” — which is false. I only ever used one account. I asked for my deposit/withdrawal history and was refused. When I contacted support, they just said it was an “admin decision” and refused to explain further.

They claim to be licensed by the Government of Anjouan (Comoros), but that license is meaningless — there’s no way to file a complaint or protect players. I believe this site is exploiting a weak offshore license to scam people.

Avoid YBets.net — they take your deposits but block you when you win.

When you have won big and try to withdraw they will let you wait a day and then cancel it and ask for verification (as you can also read in other reviews)

To Ybets reply: yeah, I closed it. Verification these day is nearly instant, ie a few minutes. At scam casinos it takes longer.
So what happened (as you want to improve). I tried to withdraw, did not work, no reply and when I talked to the support: technical issues. Then again and again and I think more than 1 week after my first request I got the verification request email. 3 days later they asked for more information. Exactly as people write here. I think all over I would still not be verified (6 weeks later).

So yeah...improve your service by stopping the nonsense.

I would like to warn others about my experience with the platform ybets1.io.

Over a period of time, I deposited a total of $20,140 in cryptocurrency. Despite this being a significant amount, I was never asked for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification or proof of the source of funds — which is a direct violation of international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.

After noticing irregularities, I contacted support on June 15, 2025, and followed up with several emails. More than 3 weeks have passed (17+ business days) and I have not received any formal response.

When I mentioned possible legal reporting, my account was restricted from using Live Chat, even though I never violated any rules. Shortly after that, the website entered “maintenance mode” for days with no explanation and returned with no visible changes or improvements.

I have already filed a complaint with DIICOT (Romanian Organized Crime Investigation Office), and I’m preparing further escalation with AML regulators and gambling authorities. I also have a legal team handling this case now.

I strongly advise others to avoid this platform at all costs. It is not a legitimate or transparent operation.

I can provide screenshots, email logs, and confirmation of ongoing legal proceedings if necessary.

Your statements are false. I deposited over 20,000 USD on your platform without you ever requesting KYC or AML verification, despite exceeding the legal threshold of 10,000 EUR. Since June 15, 2025, I have sent multiple emails and tickets to your support team and never received any official reply. I hold clear evidence (crypto transactions, screenshots, conversations with your agents) which I have already shared with Trustpilot as well as with the Romanian authorities (DIICOT, FIU, ONJN, ONPCSB). I am once again providing an update regarding the Ybets casino.
First of all, I received confirmation following my petitions to ONJN (The Romanian National Gambling Office) that Ybets has been added to their blacklist. If you check ONJN’s blacklist, you will see that this casino operates under multiple domains and subdomains.

I will provide you with all the domains under which they operate in order to deceive authorities (when one gets blocked, they redirect to another) and to create the false impression of being a “serious rebranding platform.”

Based on ONJN’s blacklist, I found out that Ybets is not just ybets1.io but also (ybets.net / ybets1.io / ybets2.io / ybets3.io / ybets4.io / ybets5.io / ybets6.io).

In my opinion, these practices are clear signs of fraud. They offer large bonuses to attract players, request small minimum deposits, and afterwards it doesn’t even matter if you win or lose, because eventually they demand KYC verification that can take forever.

My personal issue is actually the opposite – I deposited a total of 20,140 USD and they never asked me for any KYC. But that is another problem.

The conclusion is obvious for anyone who reads real reviews from real people. I personally have already contacted several entities that are providing support in combating these fraudsters, and I hope we will succeed in stopping them.

they will torture you with checks and will never pay even a ridiculous amount by bookmaker and casino standards. my total winnings were only $780, but for 2.5 months now they have been checking 40 bets, then 2 passport pages and do not name specific check dates. at the same time they boast that players value and choose them. and if you pay how many similar complaints about them, you will understand that everything is sad with them and most likely it is a scam.

Is a scam and the worst thing is that many casinos reviewers websites sure have with them a deal, giving them extremely high rating, but checking better in their forums are summersed of complains, and are many international legal classes opened to Ybets now.
They use a fixed scam scheme, and you will never actually find a way to avoid to fall in this trap and go out from it with your money, searching in forums you will find hundreds of cases exactly like mine.
Once you get a win that allows you to almost get back the money you deposited or when you simply win, you make a withdrawal request. Nothing happens for days, customer support which looks kind, try to reassure you that everything is fine, you ask if you need to accomplish KYC and they reply you that they have not any KYC and they dont verify identities ecc ecc, everything like this for days, lies lies lies, and after something happens.
A mail from Ybets, magically you deposit is refused, cause they must verify with the game provider the fair play of your game session (😂), and that will require 14 days. During this time if you talk to the customer support you will hear other lies, but written kindly. After a couple of day the 14 days become 30, and i forgot to say that with that email they eliminate from your account the withdrawal function. If you try to understand what they need to verify, cause you played totally normally as on other casinos, checking some slots, you will notice that the history has been deleted. Now are three chances : or you lose your patience and you will start playing your balance, that will easily grow up even 4-5 times, and in a matter of a second everything will stop paying bringing you to zero, or after 30 days they will find an excuse to extend the verification to other 30 or 60 days, but they wont pay you and your withdraw section will remain disabled (but deposit not lol), and at the end if someone is strong and will keep his balance during that period of time, magically they will ask you for a KYC which you will never complete successfully. Be very careful with this casino. I had 50 free spins and won $104. After the free spins had finished I checked all requirements which stated I had to wager 1x and the max conversion was 10x. After wagering I had $154. I then converted it to cash which is when $144 was removed even though a $10 max wasn’t stated. I did however turn that $10 into $150.
