I had won$200 earlier this week and and only deposited$20. And if took right around 24hrs for me to receive the money. It's not the fastest pay out I've had but it is a lot faster then most

I've been kicking it at Ybets for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a pretty chill experience. The games are fun enough, the graphics are decent, and the payouts feel legit. I haven't had any major issues, it's just a solid place to play some slots or whatever when I'm bored. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely a decent time.

My withdrawal was cancelled after hitting my first maximum win.. without any email notification, due to 'provider review' which is a lie based on other reviews and just means I was scammed. I will update if this changes.

I played in this casino and won 600 dollars. When I tried to withdraw my money the canceled my withdrawal and blocked my account with the excuse that a provider is doing a review. 2 months later they let me withdraw again. But guess what? As soon as I withdrew my money they cancelled my withdrawal once more asking for KYC even though I asked them multiple times if they need any paperwork for my verification and they clearly stated that it wasn't necessary. Now they don't even answer my emails where I ask them what documents they need for the verification. Don't listen to the NPC's that rate them 5 stars avoid this scam at all costs. It's better if you just throw your money to the Garbage bin.

I have used this site for around 3 months. Throughout this time, I have successfully managed to withdraw funds on some occasions. There does exist a $1000 daily withdrawal limit, however this is made known when browsing the site.

The reason for the 1 star review is that on 3 separate occasions, upon placing a bet, the site has taken the funds without actually placing the bet. When contacting support, they have advised that they cannot help with the issue and have forwarded it to another department.

This was over a week ago and I still have not heard back from this “other” department. I have been informed by the support chat team that they have a large backlog, however this issue should not happen multiple times, and even if it does, it should be resolved immediately.

I would strongly recommend everyone to avoid using ybets io & ybets1 io & ybets net (same sites) until issues like these are resolved.

Never thought I would write a review on gambling site, but this has to be done. I have played on most of the casino, and while I have lost everything I had on sites like Stake and Rollbit, never had an issue there. But Ybets is different, live support is so weird that its hard to believe, you are talking to people. Sometimes the messages come in spanish or german. Freaking ridiculous. Even though I didnt have problem withdrawing money, I had so many problems with their site being dogshit. Often times I bought bonus on a slot, I took my money but it lagged me out of the game and bonus wasnt there after. After contacting them, they wanted info and said that other department will contact me via email, which never happened. But even worse experience I had with sports betting. I counted 4 Times, when I placed bet, money gone and bet didnt even place, every time I contacted support with my issue and response was the same. Message forwarded to another department to solve. No email ever since, only emails are their marketing emails. I doubt they have a special department. Complete thrash scam site.

Scam website totally scamming players with their withdrawals

Initially I had a fine time with ybets as there are many games and support was good. Withdrawals were prompt. Over the last six months, however, this has changed dramatically. Initially, withdrawals were ignored for days before prodding/processing successfully. Then they were restricted to $1000 max per week. Then two months ago my $990 withdrawal request was reversed and my account was put in "verification mode." During this time, I made the mistake of continuing to play and lost the additional few thousand I had in my account. I am continuing to wait on provider verification now going on two+ months and have contacted customer service several times by email and chat support, getting the same stock reply that reviews sometimes take longer than 14 days. I really don't know what the problem is since certainly a review can be easily conducted using software or AI. I strongly believe these are simply delay tactics to keep users gambling so they lose their $ and have nothing to withdraw and will believe so until my account is no longer under this lengthy review and I can withdraw again. Edited to drop my rating to one star after continuing delays from customer service without resolution.

I started playing in this casino I did 2-3 small withdrawals when I won above 700€ they cancel my withdrawl and banned me from withdrawl saying a provider is reviewing my bets( I have all the screenshots of canceled withdrawals, bet id of winnings and supports messsages) that they say take up to 14 days but you can continue deposit and play there! me of course I lost the 700€ and after a month ( yesterday) they said to me you are reviewed you are okay I deposit again and won 1800€ I withdrawal the same day they unbanned me and the next day of course I can’t withdrawal because a provider is checking my bets again one day after the previous review was okay and of course the first withdrawl I tried to make after the ban! The support said to me it’s a mistake and they will resolve it and the next support told me it’s not in their right to do something if a provider want to do so at the emails they don’t respond
1 star until the matter is resolved I will not play the money of course I have other casinos if I want to play until the matter resolves!

Literally the worst casino ever, lost 2 withdrawals and took them over 80 days for it to be returned to my Ybets account, now I’ve to wait on the withdrawals to be processed again, that can take a week, I won over 30k but because the withdraw amounts are so small 1000 per day max 2000 per week, I blew it all, absolutely trash casino stay away, there responsible gambling doesn’t work either so there just out to get everything they can from you.

The 5 star reviews are beyond phony. This website should be avoided at all cost. They were once ybets.net which shut down overnight and emerged as ybets.io without any notice.

Once you deposit your money, consider it gone. You'll be lucky to get one or two withdrawals out of them. They can cancel your withdrawal at anytime then place a restriction because your "bets are sent to a provider for further review". The customer support bot will give you the run around that its 14 days but could be more. Its been more than that and still the restriction is there. See previous reviews that have the same story. Unfortunately for me, I did not research them prior.
