Terrible customer service
£200 spent, a delivery that arrived weeks later than advertised, and now complete silence when trying to return the items.
Ybliss requires customers to email for return instructions, yet repeated emails have gone unanswered. Facebook messages simply direct you back to the same email address that nobody responds to.
A returns policy is meaningless if customers cannot get a response within the stated return period. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
