To start with customer service was great. I did want a sample but was encouraged to place the whole order and if anything was not correct, it would be reprinted or replaced. Boxes were not packed carefully and bent, inserts were damp and smelt, colours were wrong, boxes were incorrect size and no refund or reprint was offered. $1,500 down the drain and boxes that are useless and thrown out. Do not order from them unless you get a sample first.
