I should have gone here before letting them touch our conservatory. Customer service is pathetic. Called regarding a leak that has started in our conservatory roof and then basically told me they don't cover it. What happens to the promised 10 year warranty? It's not cheap to have it done and I don't feel confident about them. Terrible terrible terrible

Workmen turned up when they said. Did a great job. Can't fault them. Works great! The conservatory now stays at a comfortable temperature and the reflection from the roof has gone. Job well done! Would definitely recommend this company.

Malcolm quoted a couple of times for this job by email. We agreed for them to build our extension, but part way through the job extra charges were added, which we had to agree to or the job would have been left incomplete.
The workers dug through an electrical cable, cutting power to half of the house. Promised to send electrician, but left us without power for a full week. They also broke a water pipe and turned our water off for three days.
After the job was completed, we noticed a couple of faults. Malcolm promised to have them fixed and arranged for workmen to come a week later. He said he would need the signed paperwork to say we were satisfied once the work was done. I was not available on the day, so I left the signed paperwork with my daughter. Malcolm turned up without any workmen and yelled at my daughter and bullied her into handing over the paperwork. We are still waiting for the repairs six months later. Nobody answers our calls or emails.
Do not use these people for anything.

delivered incorrect product twice. the installation team competed the installation of 5 windows and 1 door at a record time of 40 min. left my brand new windows without the final touches such as drainage cups, looks incomplete. they forgot to fill the gaps between the window frame and the wall, as the internal plastering is not completed in all parts of the extension, i can clearly see my back garden through the openings between the installed window frames and the wall. I would consider myself super lucky if this was it! I probably would not stop laughing being such a fool if i wasn't crying about it. this installer advised me that planning to come back with cups in right color (Oak) and so as the drainage cup for the front door and complete the full installation. he disappeared with my back door never to be seen again. The Supplier had only one explanation for it, this installer no longer works for them. no refund, no product replacement, no completion of what was already semi installed.

From my initial visit to the showroom to the finish of the job I couldn't praise Your Choice enough. Malcolm the salesman didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and the price was unbeatable. Dave the fitter did an excellent job fitting a beautiful, well designed, new French door and spray painting the rest of the window frames and the front door. He worked really well and tidily and made sure I was happy with everything. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

Had cctv fitted. One camera casing is broken and not fitted properly and night vision does not work. Repeated phone calls and emails have gone unanswered and I have not been provided with a guarantee despite promises to provide this and again repeated requests. Have now submitted a complaint to citizens advice consumer services. I have also had work done on roof which seems OK but won't really know yet. Very poor customer service and service.

I am working on behalf of a client of whom Your Choice Home Improvements of Bradford have provided false warranty documents for the fitting of a rollador electric garage door and Firestone rubber roof at a cost of £4,091.00 and am pursuing the company via the small claims court for the purchase amount.

Any persons that have been supplied with warranty/guarantee documents from Your Choice Home Improvements should immediately contact Local Trading Standards for the Bradford area and make a formal complaint as the warranty provided is worthless.

After having my French door replaced, it became apparent that the door needed adjusting as it wasn't closing firmly at the top. As one of the fitters (Keith) had given me his telephone number in case of any issues, I contacted him to explain the problem. I was advised that the other fitter (Paul) would call the following Friday to adjust the door. He didn't show up, so I again contacted Keith to ask why. He advised me that he would be in the office the following day and would get someone to contact me to rearrange a visit to rectify the problem.
I had a sales call from the office a couple of days later. I explained the problem to him and he advised that he would sort it out from his end.
I am still waiting for a call back for someone to come and rectify this problem, 3 weeks later
The telephone number has an automated message to say that the number is no longer in use, and the website address is not recognised. I have sent a message via facebook, but I have had no reply to that either.
Absolutely disgusting customer service

I've wasted so much time and effort with this company. I don't recommend them to anyone.
I still have problems with my porch door leaking. Despite constantly phoning to try to get it fixed / installed properly, I can never get hold of someone who's able to schedule the work. I've lost count of the number of calls I've made and the number of messages that I've left never to have them returned.
They also lied and told me that I'd be able to get my building regs. certificate through them for the double glazing installation. I've spoken to Certass and they've said that whilst this company is a member, they're not part of the competent person scheme, so the certificate can't be issued. I can't sell my house without this!
The next step is going to have to be legal action to recover the cost of fixing the door and the council issuing the compliance certificate. I'll be sending a complaint to Certass and Trading Standards at the same time.

I have just had new Facias, gutters, water pipes and verge edgings. It was a fantastic job. The workmen were wonderful. I am so pleased. I have used this company twice now. The first job was a new conservatory roof. That was done a few years ago. A marvellous job and the conservatory is now in use all the year round. I would not hesitate to use this Company again.

Delighted with our new Weinor Retractable unit. We found 'your choice' a understanding and reliable company. Highly recommended.

Top job on the windows and doors, they took the old ones away, tidied up and trimmed the windows up to a professional level. Very efficient service.

The job that was done was fantastic, very tidy, very efficient and took the time it was quoted as taking.

The only problem we are having at the moment is that our CCTV has gone off, the monitor isn't working it is just black there is a red light on the box, I have emailed the company and left a telephone message and todate no one has called us back so therefore the after care to me isn't great.

Having spoken to Hassan, within 24 hours all the problems were resolved. therefore the aftercare in my opinion was fantastic, my dad is very happy with the work and with the efficiency of the work men and the company.

Fast and efficient - slight issue with the quote which didn’t include everything so had to pay a bit more. Chaps who did the job were friendly and company were very obliging keeping scaffolding up longer so we could get our house painted at the same time.

instead of job being completed in I day it took 2 half days which was a bit inconvenient . The window fitters were polite, very hard workers and have done an excellent job. I am pleased with the result, Jean lees
