As many others have said, they tried to take money £29.99 out of my back yesterday. NO RESPONSE to my emails! I did not sign up for this! I’ve now changed my card number so they can’t try to steal my money

SCAMMERS. I've had £29.99 taken out of my account for 4 months in a row. I did not sign up to this. Their phone number and website don't work. When you press cancel subscription via the email they send out, it leads to nothing. I have emailed and await their response which will probably never come. No idea how they got my details.

Scammers. Offer £15 for a £69 monthly fee (not previously mentioned). The positive reviews all seem very similar and state different offers received but the language seems off on a lot of them so they seem insincere. Astonished ASOS is connected to this genuine scam.

SCAM !!!!!! I don’t know anything about this company, I haven’t subscribed for anything but they took £69 from my account. I have reported it to the police and the bank !!!!!

Fraudulent monthly subscription discovered in my bank statement that I never signed up for.
This "company's" business model appears to be based on theft or a seriously unethical sign up process.
I suspect a lot of positive reviews on here are fake.

Never heard of the company yet they signed me up and took £29.99 (I didn’t notice had been taken) Gets better they then cancel my subscription I didn’t apply for and 1 minute later sign me back up to Ykards and took another £29.99 one month later.. got my money back from the bank….so because your crap at actually doing your job your company is now £60 out of pocket….
