Written by the company

Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Honestly a complete waste of time

Honestly a complete waste of time. UPS wanted a parcel dropping off in one of these stupid lockers. I downloaded the app as it said, scanned the barcode and it showed it in the app. When I pressed open locker, would it open? No. And it wasn’t just the one, I drove to another one spending a total of an hour and a half at these ridiculous lockers trying to get my parcel in just to end up going home! No support you can contact, just a poor help page which tells you ti reach out to UPS.

Honestly, don’t waste your time. They’re literally pointless.

Hey Luke!

We know how much it matters to get your parcel sorted without any hassle. Right now, the Yeep! App is still in development, so returning a UPS parcel through us isn’t available just yet. We’re really sorry this isn’t ideal for you—but we are working to resolve this! For now, your best bet is to get in touch with UPS directly for other ways to return your parcel. Thanks so much for sticking with us while we work on making Yeep! better for you.

I do NOT recommend these lockers

I do NOT recommend these lockers. They are way too complex compared to any other brand, you have to download an app in order to use them, which I think is ridiculous, especially when the app doesn’t even work. It was frustrating when I was in a hurry to have to read a list of instructions, so it became very inconvenient. The lockers screen didn’t work at all so I ended up not using it. It was stressful for me. The company has no phone number to call for help. I have since emailed them, telling them the locker is broken and they have told me they can’t help, they don’t seem to care it doesn’t work. Moral of the story, don’t use!

Response to company reply:

I DID contact you with the details and the response you sent was that there ‘was nothing you can do’ so don’t pretend to be helpful now on this public forum.

Used a Yeep locker for a DPD parcel 11…

Used a Yeep locker for a DPD parcel 11 days. Actually worked seamlessly at first...or so I thought.

11 days later ans thr parcel hasnt even moved. There's no way to contact Yeep, they expext you to deal with the courier. Tru to contact DPD but they wont help because Vinted purchased the postage and avinted wont help ebcause they expect you to wait a whopping 25 business days before they'll acknowledge it.

I literally just need someone to judge DPD in case they dont know the parcel is in there.

Either way, evidently a mistake on my part using the locker. Ive since seen the reviews on Yeep lockers and wish id read them first. So im currently £200 put of pocket and looking likely ill have to wait at least 2 months before ill see any sign of this.

Update: in response to Yeep below as there appears no way to actually reply to them, the locker in question was that at Gordon Hill Station, EN2 0QU. It has now been 32 days and my item has still not scanned since it was scanned at the locker, implying either it is still in the locker or lost in DPD distribution somewhere having not scanned again.

Parcel Lost via YEEP! Locker – No Support, No Resolution From DPD

I used a DPD YEEP! Locker to send a parcel and it has now been sitting with no movement for over 2 weeks. At this point it is clearly lost.

I have contacted DPD multiple times by email — no response at all.
I have called customer service — each time I’m told to “wait another 24 hours” like something will magically change. It never does.

The worst part is I paid for enhanced cover, but I can’t even start a lost parcel claim because DPD won’t respond to me.

From my experience, YEEP! lockers feel like a black hole for parcels — once it goes in, good luck getting any updates or support.

If you’re thinking about using a YEEP! locker, I would strongly suggest reconsidering.

Hi Jamie,

We’re sorry to hear this and appreciate you raising your concerns.

Enquiries must be handled directly by DPD first, as we don’t have access to carrier customer databases to independently verify parcels. Due to high enquiry volumes, cases are troubleshooted, formally escalated to us, and then investigated. Once escalated, we work closely with DPD to support the process. You’re welcome to share your tracking number with us and we can follow up with DPD.

Please be assured that parcels placed in our lockers remain secure. We are also actively working on internal improvements with our partners to reduce delays and improve the overall experience.

Kind regards,
YEEP! Team

UPS says the package is delivered to…

UPS says the package is delivered to the Yeep locker but I was given no QR code or pin. I have tried using the YEEP app but it does not find my tracking number. I’ve tried calling UPS they will get back to me in 2 working days but who knows what will happen. Horrible service from both UPS and Yeep.

Is this a scam?

Seriously bad service.
I posted two parcels at my local Yeep lockers, nowhere on the machine does it say you need to have a label. The use of Qr codes suggests it's the same format as another locker service. n
Neither have been collected by DPD.

Yeep have no customer support, so basically my parcels are gone now.

I will never use again, and will warn others not to use .

Hi Louise,

We appreciate you raising your concerns and are sorry you feel this way.

You can do label-less drop-offs; however, in cases like this, the issue must first be escalated with DPD, as we’re unable to verify parcels directly. If the parcel is securely stored in the locker, it remains safe. You can share a reference number with us and we can chase it with DPD.

We recommend contacting DPD regarding collection and any potential claim.

We appreciate your feedback and will use it to help improve our services going forward.

Kind Regards,
YEEP! Team

Do not use YEEP its a load of crap

Do not use YEEP its a load of crap, ordered from Fred Perry and delivery was via DPD. Selected pickup locker and the parcel arrived at the pickup locker. But I did not recieve the code to release the parcel, turns out the locker did not generate the code. Called DPD, they are useless as f**ck. Kept saying parcel will go back to sender and be redelievered to me. I was told to contact Fred Perry, their customer service is a message on their website which could take 72 hours to be responded to. Now I have to wait for the parcel to be sent back to FP, then wait for a response from FP and DPD couldnt do anything. You can't contact YEEP lockers online or via telephone. This all just a mess and both DPD and Yeep are crap do not use them. I am typing this whilst at the locker hoping to pick up my parcel, what a waste of my time

Hi Edwin,

Thank you for your feedback.

PIN issues at lockers are intermittent, and DPD is working with us on a case-by-case basis to resolve them. There are ways to contact YEEP, but for collection or delivery issues, DPD must be involved first as per our service agreements.
We’re sorry to hear of the inconvenience you have faced and are actively working with our partners to improve our processes to make experiences smoother in the future.

DO NOT USE - worst lockers on the market

Using the drop off locker was frustrating and feels like they're trying to annoy their customers. I was dropping off UPS as directed by the parcel receiver so needed an app, then could only connect via Bluetooth but this took multiple attempts to connect. The barcode didn't recognise several times and would then reset the process.

I finally get a door to open and it was too small so asked it to open another and theres already something in there. Put my parcel in and took a picture as I just dont trust this whole mess.

Now the next day my parcel isnt in the app, won't recognise the tracking and theres ZERO customer service contact. The form is for broken lockers only ao looks like my parcel is in the hands of the gods.

Very unimpressed, the other lockers available on the market are so much better.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible…

Like other users, I dropped off my DPD parcel at a YEEP! Locker, having seen the locker listed on the DPD website for drop off/pick up points. The locker opened with the DPD qr code I was sent when purchasing delivery. However, once the door was closed, I haven’t received any confirmation that the parcel is in the locker. Similarly, the DPD tracking still states that they are waiting to receive the package - so currently I have no evidence or tracking that it’s in the YEEP! Locker. I suspect neither does DPD. I’ve completed the online contact form on the YEEP! website, as well as for DPD. Feeling quite gutted about it and I’ll admit had a cry about it all too. The package is birthday gift on route for my niece’s birthday, as I won’t be able to be there with her on the day. Who now may not receive her gifts on time - or at all. Sometimes items lost are valuable in different ways other than monetary value, and it’s gutting that companies fail to uphold their basic functionality to ‘deliver’ what they are meant to deliver.

DPD issues with collection

DPD issues with collection. Tried to have a parcel delivered here with DPD and just kept failing to be delivered. I am not sure who is at fault, but the reviews here suggest it is Yeep's lockers at fault

Complete failure

Parcel delivered to a Yeep locker but no pickup code was ever given. DPD confirmed the parcel is inside the locker, but without a code there is no way to collect it. Now my parcel is just sitting in the locker and has to go through a whole investigation process with the seller and DPD (There’s no direct support from Yeep either). From other reviews, I can see I am not the only one.
