Bought tickets and was a seamless and enjoyable experience. The tickets are the coolest I have ever seen. Amaizng company.
I purchased 3 Kings of Leon NFTs that were supposed to include a physical vinyl version of the album.
Per Yellowheart's website: "token holders will also receive a limited-edition physical Golden Eye vinyl featuring the band's 8th studio album When You See Yourself."
To this day, Yellowheart has never delivered.
I've tried contacted multiple people in their organization. No one ever responds. I contacted Thomas Emmanuel, their Chief Product Officer. No response. I contacted Josh Katz, the CEO. No response.
Yellowheart gives web3 and NFTs a bad name. Avoid them at all costs.
Yellowheart.io, a company that claims to prevent fraud, openly defrauds its own customers.
Yellowheart is a little known, untrustworthy and selfish company that is a total customer service failure and couldn't care a less.
Yellowheart fails to ship out limited-edition physical Golden Eye vinyl for Kings Of Leon's album "When You See Yourself" to customers that paid hundreds for the product.
The whole offered was botched, and they had to extend the deadline for the redemption of the album because of their incompetence. Then, they just decided to scam hundreds of consumers out of their money!
This was not a $20 album, I'm out hundreds of dollars. Patiently waited and waited and waited. I bought three, got zero.
A bunch of excuses, then crickets. They don't reply through their Discord community server, they just ignore me and the hundreds of purchasers that did not receive what they purchased.
Yellowheart did a joint sale of Kings Of Leon's album "When You See Yourself" as an NFT on Opensea.io back in 2021.
In the description of the NFT it says: "token holders will also receive a limited-edition physical Golden Eye vinyl featuring the band's 8th studio album When You See Yourself."
I bought 2 NFTs, and never received the vinyls till this date.
I've done multiple followups with their customer support with no replies, went on to writing to Thomas Emmanuel, their Chief Product Officer and he also did not help me get the vinyls, so I proceeded writing to Josh Katz their CEO.
He promised and promised, but as time went by the vinyls didn't come through.
I just wish I could find all of the people in these reviews that had the same experience so we could file a class-action lawsuit.
To anyone who's reading, steer clear from this so-called company. They are a pure scam.
Waiting for more then 10 weeks for my LP.
Product was never delivered, customer services spent 3+months not helping. Never Ever Use This Company.
They are just there to steal pre orders and never delivery products.
I have not received my order after over a year. I have tried contacting them many times and the only email available (contact@) is barely monitored and hardly ever responds.
No other way to contact them, no hope of ever receiving my Vinyl, wasted $200+ please do not use them. I will update this review if a response from a named person is received or the Vinyl ever arrives.
As a former musician, I am a huge supporter of this!
Ticket scalping prevents fans from being able to see the artists they love - this industry definitely needs democratization!
This is coming from someone who is a founding member of Lifehouse and Dawes, and the developer of the first music dating app, Curiously.
Cool company!
Definitely something I will use.....can't wait till launch
