Decided after my first order to make a bulk order which came close to £200. I ordered four of my favourite face wash and received two. Took pictures of all the evidence. Customer service gaslighted me and said I ordered two and not four of the item. This company is dishonest and takes forever to deliver ordered. Requested a refund for my items paid for but not received. No response or action. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I received an email on a Saturday morning.
Within 2 weeks you were able to finalise the loans for 2 new refrigerated vans.
The loan was thru Westpac Bank which we have our business accounts.
Till now we have used Capital Finance who initially approved our request for the loan and 4 weeks later they only offered $75000 for the two vans and not the amount of $100,000.
Capital is also run by Westpac and therefore I cannot see why their offer for our lease was changed.
As well their interest rate was 4% and thru Yes we got 3.42%.
I am therefore very satisfied as Yes has managed to finance our vans.
As well I am looking forward to getting a lower rate loan for our property as I have indicated to you - Matthew.
