My first pair of hearing aides were not working properly and were inconsistent and unreliable. Yes hearing arranged a replacement and followed up with a refitting. This was a great team to work with. since my previous hearing aid company could only schedule my next appointment for April. I forced to look for another hearing aid company.
I found Yes Hearing and am happy to say that the service was wonderful, with an audiologist coming to my home to deliver and test my hearing with the proper aids. There was also a more educational follow up visit, which was thorough.
Also, I have a constant contact person with whom I could call if needed.
The only thing I was missing was that insurance for a one time loss for each hearing aid was included in my old company.
For us elderly constantly having to deal with masks, there is always the disadvantage of losing a hearing aid, which often dislodges with the mask removal.
But all in all, I am very satisfied with Yes Hearing's service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, and care by all the representatives I had contact with…..starting with my initial call for information…..all the way through to Anthony and Laura. They, constantly, made sure I was comfortable with the purchase, in every aspect. And…I loved that the cost was almost half of what the doctor’s office was charging for the exact same product. Also, being older…..it was so convenient to have them come to my house ….especially with all the hysteria over Covid.

I rate the staff with 5 stars, Thank you for all your phone calls, emails and visits. I am trying to ware my hearing aid and trying to get used to it. It's a fascinating world of hearing, nature talking back to me.
It will take time, it's still to early, in about two weeks or so I should be able to see how I would relate my daily work to my hearing aids.

Great service from a great service provider!

The fitting went smoothly and the new aids are working well.

I found YesHearing on he internet by accident. I previously went to 2 audiologist for hearing tests. They handled one brand of hearing aids and prices were 2,000 to 8,000. On brochure I was given showed about 30 different brands with 3-4 models each. I searched on line for one of the brands I had tested and saw it much cheaper at YesHearing. I contacted the phone # and found them very helpful. They explained there process and low overhead. They recommend a specific brand that was best for my hearing profile. It came in 3 models from $1,700-$4,000. The audiologist came to my house to fit me with the unit and explain everything. She came back a week later to check with me, provide more supplies and answer my questions. After a month the Dr of Audiology set up a video session to check on me and reprogram the unit for any changes I might need. In every step of the way the people were helpful and professional & told me call if I needed anything.

I was initially concerned about ordering hearing aids from the internet, but I've been very happy. I have great hearing aids, have had plenty of contact with the company and have people there to call if needed. I'd recommend Yes Hearing based on my experience.

So totally impressed by the sales rep,customer service and the audiologist that immediately notified my brothers who are both shopping for hearing aids.
Everyone answered all my questions and my questions about their answers. I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they are as I have purchased all my Oticon hearing aids from store front audiologist (3 in the last 20 years). Everything with my purchase has gone smoothly except for the the teleconference to try to set me up. This was overcome immediately when Nate Buck came personally today. I can’t say enough good things about Nate, Wendy & Laura.

I originally went to a different company for hearing aids. The price on my top of the line Oticon devices was quoted at $7,000. Too “spendy” for my budget. I found YES Hearing on-line and was quoted $4,250 for the exact same product. My order and appointment took much longer than anticipated but I hung in there with them for one BIG reason: I’ve never experienced more attentive follow up in my life with any company. On every level. They called ME. Constantly updating. (Thanks Mindy). And for weeks it was “we don’t have anything yet but we’re trying…” To be clear; these were not lame excuses for unfulfilled promises. I could tell it was simply a company trying very hard to make things work. I respected that. I am a good judge of character and could tell every single person I spoke with was absolutely sincere and trying their very best. They called me, I never had to call them. So much so that I kind of fell in love with the whole crew and wanted to support THEM. Shout out to Mindy… and Oliver in New York. My investment in these folks paid off. I now have my hearing aids, and my health care provider gave an additional $2,500 benefit even though YES Hearing was out of network for me. Win win win. At the end of the day the original price quote of $7,000 (by another company) vs. my actual out of pocket cost was $1750. Good people here, may they prosper and grow, our world needs folks like this running companies.

YES is a full service hearing aid company that comes directly to you! They are trained intelligent people who genuinely care about your hearing needs. No need to be concerned about after purchase repairs either 😊👍. I thought that I had an issue with my new Oticon right hearing aid, gave them a call and had it solved over the phone by one of their team doctors 😊.

Everyone who I have personally met or spoken to over the phone has been very helpful in giving me the information I need to adjust to my new hearing aids. I feel confident they will continue to make sure I am satisfied in every way with my purchase. Even though there is no physical address to go to, they are accessible by phone or email if and when I need them.
