Great looking bikes and good customer service. Shipping arrived in 1 week, which was great. The team at YESOUL are always willing to help and are fairly quick at responses. I've placed them in my gym and looking forward to a happy partnership
I’m very happy with the Yesoul G1M Max hardware, but the buying and setup experience had several hurdles. Shipping took over a month, and the included manual is printed so small it’s nearly unreadable. I’d recommend skipping the paper instructions and finding their wordless setup video on YouTube instead.
Connectivity is also a weak point. I struggled to sync my phone with the bike, and the app interface is clunky to navigate on a small screen. Additionally, while the app advertises free workouts, you actually have to pay for a subscription to access them. I’ve found it much easier to just mount my tablet and follow along with YouTube videos. Overall: The bike itself is sturdy and great quality, but the app and shipping leave room for improvement. And if support didn't ask me to take this survey for an extra 1 month subscription I might give this bike more like a 3 stars not a five. And that is because of the poor app. and delivery service.
