Shipping was extremely fast! Only took 4 days to travel from Hong Kong to WI, best shipping experience I’ve had in a while. I received everything I ordered; no complaints! Planning my next purchase 😁

Unhelpful customer service
I used this platform for around three years and now I stop using it as the customer service is very unhelpful. I moved house and entered the new postcode and realised that the address was not correct. I have to re-enter it in every purchase but it still shows the wrong entry in the bill. I emailed to the customer service to raise that problems and their replies were unhelpful. I am too tired for emailing in each purchase and paying extra free for resending the products.
Some products which I have been waiting for more than 3 months were finally cancelled. I then received emails saying that they agree to refund to me due to cancellation. It was confused as I didn’t cancel the purchase and I emailed them. They then explained that their products were broken. Why can’t they state it clearly in the first email. And why can’t they apologise for that.
Furthermore, the products descriptions are unclear. Some of the products label as Korean products that are actually made in other countries.
Last but not least, the marked prices for the products are so much higher than other similar platforms even having a gold member discount.

I booked an order last year which came months after. This time, it took 2 weeks.

Shipping is free for orders over $35, and I can track my shipping. If it says orders take 7-14 days to fill and you have one or two items that are available immediately you may want to split orders by availability. Your order will not be sent until all items are ready to be shipped together.

Ordered the items 17th July 2020 and till now ( 26th Aug 2020) I haven’t received anything yet. Contacted their customer service and they said due to the covid situation the delivery maybe delay 3-4 weeks. What an excuse! Why my friend who ordered 1 day after me got her items already now?

I LOVE the products on Yestyle they always have the perfect thing that completes my outfit or prefects my skincare routine. It takes a little bit to ship because it’s from Asian distributors but it’s still defiantly worth it

I’m so happy I found yes style. They carry such amazing products from a variety of beauty brands and their prices are lower than other sites I’ve seen selling the same products. I also appreciate that they have sales on different items every day. Eventhough they ship from Asia, their shipping to CA is as quick as can be. I’m eyeing so many things on their website!

My first purchase from the website and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I knew it would take awhile as it was from a foreign country but it came early then expected. It was well packaged, no problems. Would definitely buy from there again.
