Had an unfortunate experience with my first machine from Yeswelder. The machine blew out a capacitor when trying to use it. However Ana and Raymond were extremely helpful in finding a solution to my problem. They offered to send over a used machine for free even though my warranty was already expired. Very great customer service.

I have been a yeswelder customer for several years now. They make a great product and sell it at a good price. I had an issue with a welder i bought from them where one of the control boards died, and after a few emails and pics sent back and forth to try and diagnose the issue, they quickly took care of the problem. Ive also had a few questions over the years and they have been very responsive- especially ana who knew what i was looking for amd even provided a link to the item on their site. Ive been a very happy yeswelder customer and wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them to anyone!

I have 8 different yes welder machines. All have exceeded my expectations. As well as warranty services. Ana, was the one helping me. She was responsive, and stayed with me the whole process. Which took a couple of weeks, due to my busy schedule, not because of them. I am more then satisfied with the outcome.

I had a problem with my machine. Unfortunately YesWelder wasn't able to fix it, but they were able to get me going again with a replacement machine. Raymond was very helpful and the communication was responsive.

Ground clamp copper strap burnt in two and emailed YesWelder and they sent out a brand new clamp since my welder was under warranty. Great customer service and prompt shipment of part. Got me back going in a couple of days. Ana with YesWelder support kept me up to date on progress of the claim and shipping.

I’d like to give a huge shoutout to YesWelder’s customer service team, especially Ana, who recently helped me out with an issue with my DP200 MiG welder. I ordered it to my house while I was deployed and had to wait about 4 months to get home and actually use it. Once I got back stateside and got the welder all set up, it worked (and still does) amazingly well. The only issue I had was the trigger on the MiG gun would occasionally stick which caused obvious issues when I was running a bead. I assumed I’d need to buy another MiG gun, but on a whim, I reached out to the YesWelder team to see if they could do anything. Ana got back to me immediately, asked clarifying questions, verified my shipping information, and had a new warranty replacement MiG gun in the mail in just a day or 2, free of charge!
I was initially skeptical of YesWelder, mainly because of the low cost of the DP200, but after using it (awesome machine) and working with their customer service team, I’m sold. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks again, Ana

This company is great to work with. I purchased the DP 200 and it was working great. Was very happy with it. As I was welding the other evening I went to adjust the settings and the screen was blank. I cycled the machine off and then waited a few minutes and turned it back on. The screen had just lines on it and there wasn’t anythIng that was readable.
I contacted YesWelder via email and received a response back in a timely manner. The person that helped me was Raymond. He had me try a few things and I sent him a video of the issue. The next day he said that they were sending me out a new welder. It arrived today and I’m back up a going.
I would recommend and will buy from this company again.
Raymond was excellent to work with. Very professional and helpful.

Raymond was very quick to assist when he found out the tensioner screw and handle broke. Even though my welder was out of warranty, Raymond is sending me a new handle to get me back up and running. Email responses were answered within the same day. Great service.

Phenomenal service from Ana. I got two welders, one TIG-200 and a YWM-160. I had an issue with one and needed some tips with the other. Ana came really went out of her way with the technical support. Happy with the outcomes. 10/10 customer support and service.

I had an issue with one of the taps on my Firstess MP200. The ABS insulator broke when I was attempting to switch from plasma cut to mig weld. I contacted customer support and Michael is who I spoke with on the phone. After a brief conversation and a short email with some pictures, Raymond on the support team got back to me really quickly with a resolution to my problem. They shipped out a new unit and informed me to keep the damaged unit for parts. Great customer service, and speedy response time.

I am so grateful that I reached out and Ana helped me with my situation. When my plasma cutter stopped working, she reached out right away and gave me everything I needed to do to troubleshoot it. Detailed instructions with pictures to make things easy. She was able to get me a direct replacement.
I’m really happy with my experience and the turnout. I will definitely keep yeswelder in mind when purchasing any welding equipment.

The MP200 is an amazing machine! The wire feeder bolts were cracked out of the box, but Raymond was fast and efficient getting the replacement taken care for me!
