Ordered weeks ago, and they haven't shipped the parcel. Contacted customer service, and got AI instead of a human. AI did not answer the question, but finally after spinning wheels sent me to a human. Human said they'd send a coupon, never did. Also said my parcel would be a couple more weeks because they're waiting on something to show up at the warehouse. They never sent me a single message about the fact their couple days to ship would be weeks+. Anyway... hope I'll get what I ordered, but so far this is clearly a one star experience.

i would not order from this company again, if my life depended on it. No confirmation of my order, a phone agent who lied about sending one, no contact from them whatsoever after i payed them the better part of $300, no kidding. STAY AWAY.

Great selection, good prices, excellent communications and fast delivery would keep this store on the top of my shopping list.
Was slightly skeptical of ordering from overseas store, but transaction was a breeze. Job done well, thank you for your services!
