Rambler leaked out of sip lid
Rambler leaked out of the spout when sipping. Cleaned it, checked the gasket and so on. Sent a warranty claim in and received a new screw on lid for my Rambler. Still leaks. Offered to return but I decided I’m not hassling with sending it back because of lack of shipping material. I just won’t buy another one of those and continue to use my leaky Rambler. Not spending more.

It was really disappointing that my bottle worked only for a month of use.
It was even more disappointing that even though you replace it, you did not have the same camo wetlands pattern I originally purchase but it is crazy bad CS that you were not willing to wait till you had it in stock to send the proper replacement to me.

I would like to see soft bag options in addition to the current hard bags. The design feels too rigid, making it inconvenient for carrying lunch. A more versatile bag that can be used for both storage and as a lunch bag would be ideal. It would also be helpful if all bags could include or support straps for easier carrying.
