Worst casino ever - avoid at all cost!

Not good at all. I spent over £1000 at £3 per spin. Managed to stack up the bonus pot to 10x. However from there not even 1 bonus spin there after an additional £3k spent @ £3 per spin always comes in with 2 bonus symbols but never the 3 - ironic really since you spend £1k getting the bonus to 10 x payout but never the bonus comes in after that. 100% fixed, altered spins on here! My fault and I should have read the 1000’s of really bad reviews about this site before I played! Lesson learned! I really hope after you reading this review will stop you making the same mistake I made - spend your money elsewhere, it’s no good at Yeti Casino. I won’t ever spend another penny on their site again. Read other reviews if you don’t believe me!

This lot do not ask for documentation which I thought was now a legal requirement for playing. As others say, shocking payouts. Staked around a grand plus winnings on a game called Buffalo king megaways. Got feature rounds only about ten times. Biggest win was around 8£. No decent returns in regular play either. Not saying this casino is a scam or rigged but I have my suspicions. I do not recall being offered to set any deposit limits either. Dangerous place to play. Like the player who commented earlier I too started to kind of accept losing as I was collecting stats on just how bad the slot was. I have done this at other casinos and none of them have came close to appearing as fixed as this one. I have never lost cash so quickly either. It's time the govt. Investigated these scammers properly.

I think it's always vital to write positive reviews and not just the negative. Yeti.... So far great experience, withdrawal not quite instant but I've got mine through again in less than 24 hours so that's impressive enough for me. The team I've emailed have been exceptional, very friendly and super quick with replies. Well done to the team. Update.... My second withdrawal was processed and in my bank within 30 minutes!

Never win anything on slots - I've lost 250 pounds in deposits without winning anything to withdraw. Avoid at all costs!

I won't drag this out. I'm not bitter, I'm not a bad loser and I understand that online gambling brings wins as well as losses. However, in my experience, the spin sequences on every slot game I played on Yeti Casino are ridiculously bad. I started to enjoy losing money with them. I had some friends with me the last time I played and we started taking bets on how long the losing streaks would last. Yeti Casino should market themselves with the slogan:

Discusting company, I want to delete my account or at least permanently block it, but they insist they cannot do this due to their policy, and ban me for a maximum of 30 days and then hey presto I'm allowed to gamble again.
They claim they have to keep all .y details on file incase there is a future problem, surely an online casino cannot refuse to delete or permanently ban an account? I'm positive this is against the law

Awful, do not bother. They don't tell you before you deposit money they will do a load of ridiculous id verification checks that take days to do and then request more documents then it's another couple of days, during which you cannot even withdraw the funds you have deposited let alone use them. Complete scam, avoid!!!

Edit to their reply: correct details and legal documentation have been provided but they apparently work different to every other industry that verifies identity. even said to them if they are refusing to accept the documents just process the deposit back to the original payment method and apparently you need to be verified for them to do that! Absolute jokers

After spending a considerable time playing Yeti spending nearly R7000 I have come to realise that the saying the house always wins is true in this app
