I was sent a 2 hour slot and they stuck…

I was sent a 2 hour slot and they stuck to it and also sent me a message when I was next on their list, which was very helpful. The gentleman who came to my door looked more business like and presentable than the Prime Minister, most impressed!

Generally we feel Yewdale has changed…

Generally we feel Yewdale has changed in several ways, over the past 2 years.
Telephone, first response is not to the standard it was some years ago.
Account Manager Carrie Area Manager Brian, both are exceptional at there work and customer service.
Customer care, which we appear to have more dealings with these days sadly than ever before, are very responsive, polite and efficient.
Overall Yewdale for us is still a preferred company, but sadly lacks, the outstanding performance there once was.
We are a small business, but these things are noticeable and important as a long term customer.

The overall experience was good

The overall experience was good but the first delivery was damaged as it arrived before the company had opened.
