But we can reassure you:
All our ingredients have been assessed by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and approved for use in food. As a company, we are therefore subject to strict regulations and, of course, legal requirements, which we adhere to.
Now here’s the thing: it may be that the complex composition of our products has a slightly unfamiliar effect on your body. The fibre, vitamins and minerals they contain stimulate digestion, and every body reacts differently to this – especially the first time you try it.
That’s why we recommend starting with small portions and eating them slowly. Your body usually gets used to it very quickly.

Amazing customer support by Zehra
I normally don't write a review but this time I had to. Beside the amazing and tasty products Yfood have is the customer support what makes me write this review. One of my 2 orders wasn't delivered and I emailed them about this. They replied very fast and where very helpfull. At first I forgot to add the tracking code and told me that something went wrong with the updates from the track & trace and that the package was delivered. They included the steps I could follow if I didn't receive it which is a big plus. Most of the times at other companies they will say you have to look at their website for more information etc.
I emailed them the right tracking code and informed me something went wrong with the delivery and were waiting for the package to come back to them. After sending them the delivery adres for confirmation they straight away send it again. Today it came in and as a surprise they added a few little gifts which made my day! They didn't had to do that but this gesture shows that they care about there customers and really value them. My special thanks to Zehra who was wonderfull and helped me in the best way possible. Hopefully she reads this knowing that she is doing a amazing job and does justice to her name!!

Before ordering from the site I have…
Before ordering from the site I have been seeing the adverts on social media and was a bit skeptical . But when I bought the chocolate flavour from asda, I instantly love it and since then been buy it. And it keeps me from snaking throughout my day. My daughter likes it a lot too. Tanxs

Enforced liquid diet
Ordered for my husband who was about to have oral surgery and would be limited as to what he could eat. I wanted something that would be filling, tasty and nutritious. He was impressed with them and may buy again even though he can now eat normally.
