Sent a damaged helmet with false claims of personally inspecting it himself when he's located in the city of Tel Aviv and the item was sent from a warehouse in the city of Jerusalem - which brings the doubt if the the individual in the store has ever seen it yet alone inspect it.
Also avoiding emails regarding return out of hope it'll just go away. He was wrong!
