Not fully compatible with WPML

We switched from Polylang to WPML based on YITH’s claim of WPML compatibility. While the plugin works well overall and support is helpful, resources don’t display correctly in secondary languages, making our English booking page unusable. Since resources are essential for our setup, this is a major issue. Promoting full WPML compatibility is misleading if such a core feature isn’t supported.

Good quality plugins but support not always quick

This company has a reputation for providing high quality plugins and good customer service. I have purchased two plugins from them and both are good quality and provide the features I needed.

I have had two separate issues that required me to contact their support team. For the first issue I received a solution within 24 hours which was very good but the second issue dragged on for two weeks and this was very disappointing as my site is live.

For the second issue, it seemed to me that Customer Support was favouring new tickets and if a ticket could not be resolved quickly it was being pushed to the bottom of the queue. I was waiting over three days between responses which was frustrating.

On the plus side, support did eventually resolve the issue and updated their plugin to accommodate my requirements which is to their credit.

In summary: their plugins are good quality; support will provide code solutions to issues you have and this can be within 24 hours; but be aware that this is not always the case and you may be waiting some time for your issue to be resolved.

I will give 1 star and I hope in future…

I will give 1 star and I hope in future I will be able to give all 5, but right now I am very frustrated.
I bought YITH premium woocommerce plugin on Saturday.
First I was not able to activate it - it was defective because it cannot find one of its functions and therefore cannot activate.

After contacting YITH support team ( waited for the answer around 12 hours ). I got new .zip file.
And again it had errors!
I wrote again to YITH support, but till now what is more then 16 hours I didn't got any reply.

So How long I need to wait ????
AND for what i paid my money?

The plugin is fantastic but the…

The plugin is fantastic but the customer service is AMAZING! They are quick to respond, find workable solutions for me when I need customization, and always respectful. I highly recommend the products they have. I'm using the booking and appointment plugin. Tons cheaper than Woocommerce and personalized customer service!
