Ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website. Very disappointed. Shapeless sack, low quality fabric, looks like it's been run up by my Granny!
Will definitely not be buying from this site again.

Hice un pedido el 7 de abril en la página Yivette online, y aún no me ha llegado. Han cobrado el dinero pero no contestan a los e-mails. Son unos ladrones impresentables!!! no compren en esa página es un timo!

I placed an order on April 7 on the Yivette online page, and it hasn’t arrived yet. They have collected the money but they don’t answer the emails. You’re a bunch of shoplifters!! Don’t shop on that page it’s a scam!

It's sad that I cannot enter minus

It is very sad that I cannot enter a minus number as my experience with Yvette has been entirely negative. They have had my money since February and have failed to deliver the clothes that I had ordered. I have read on the web that this is a fake company and that if they do deliver then the quality of the product is appalling. I wish that I had read Trustpilot before I paid them the money. I have been in touch with them by email and they told me that the package was on its way. That was 3 weeks ago. The link that they sent to the delivery company also appears to be fake. Please DO NOT order clothes from this company

I also have had the same experiences…

I also have had the same experiences They were formerly listed under another false name Frostmint: supposedly different company but same beautiful looking dresses. They have all of your details and never refund your money. They will respond to each letter and promise to investigate the matter. This drags on for months until - your life, inevitably must go on. I took all of my documentation to the police, who promised to investigate the company. They still owe me 100E.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT 4 items and nothing fitted not to mention their sizes are all wrong. They responded that I had only 7 days to return the items to China but no address was forthcoming in spite of the items having been shipped from a company in Spain where I live. They do not tell you when you order that the returns is to China! I have sent them numerous emails advising them that we are in lockdown and I cannot go out and asked if I could return the items and get my money back when lockdown is released and they have not responded. Two weeks have gone by where I have written to them every day and I got one email back saying that they had not received any information from me!
THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a cosy chunky grey cardigan…

I ordered a cosy chunky grey cardigan on 10th March 2020. It finally arrived today - 9th April - and what a horrible thing it is. Nothing like the photo. Very thin and poor quality - even the buttons don't match. To cap it all, they sent a size S, when I am a size 18 (UK).
I will not send it back as I am not prepared to pay the postage, which they insist on.
What a fraudulent company this is - NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS IN THEIR ADVERTS

FRAUD Do NOT buy anything from YIVETTE…

FRAUD Do NOT buy anything from YIVETTE - they take your money but do NOT deliver! Emails sent to: service@yivette dot .com returned UNDELIVERABLE! In desparation (I remembered I had paid them using my PayPal Account) I filed a Claim and Paypal Refunded me the total amount I had paid immediately (Thank God for PayPal)
My "Rating" of one star is only because there is NO option for NO STARS - Trustpilot please take note and sort this out - Thankyou!

Don't buy anything in this online shop

Don't buy anything in this online shop, it is a scam. I have been waiting for one and a half month and still did not receive my order. I sent an email which was returned as unknown address and this email address was the one they put in their page! Lots a others have been complaining about this.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 36 Euros on…

My order YV-31516 was PLACED FOR 36 Euros on February 9th, till this moment nothing arrived. You cannot send emails, they come back mentionning they cannot be delivered. So you cann't come in contact with nobody from Yivette.This seems a real fraud company.

They really avoid every access to their site unless you buy. then it gets through. This is really crooked. They gave me only a response by truspilot and ask questions that you should respond by their mail and this one can´t get through. Only to gane time. If I won't have an correct answer I will go further with my claim.

Well finally I received my order the 11th of March, about 10 days later than promised. But it arrived. All this was probably due to the corona virus because the merchandise comes from China. They should have been more correct with the people who had orderd and should have answered the mail stating "due to the virus there is delay in delevery", we would have understood, but they didn't give any answer and that's why people get upset about. I have no other complains.

The things look brilliant on their web…

The thing looks brilliant on their web site, but took far longer to arrive that they'd said. And the quality was really poor. Had I seen any of the (luckily few) things I ordered, there is no way I would have ordered them.
I'm relieved I didn't buy lots, as the stuff did look great.

I won't buy from them again.

Stay away from Yivette!

Definitely a scam company. Order made November 28 2019, delivery promised 20 days. Chased order 3 January 2020, promised delivery 10 to 15 days. Chased again 30 January, advised email undeliverable! To say I am not impressed would be an understatement!
Update 20 Feb - request sent to me 19 Feb by Yivette for my order number. Advised them immediately and surprise, surprise email could not be delivered! Waste of time and money!

I ordered 6th december

I ordered 6th december, and today 25th January still not received.
If I follow the tracking, I find out that the cardigan is supposed to come from China but was for some unknown reason returned on January 4th, and is obviously still in China. Yivette however says it is in transit. but since a few days all emails return undeliverable.

Has all the hallmarks of a scam internet reseller

Took over 6 weeks to deliver after a claim that it would be 15 to 23 days. Way too late for Christmas . Bad sizing and poor quality item. Now trying to return it, their email server is just pushing out an unable to deliver message. Probably due it being overloaded with returns requests. Avoid at all costs.
Update 1st of March 20 ***In respect to this reply, I have written and asked for assistance via this mail box many times over the last 8 weeks. It sends a "mail box full" response every time. Avoid this company at all costs. Little or no customer service or after sales support whatsoever.***

SCAM COMPANY

I had to tick a star to be able to write a review but this company should have no stars as it is a complete scam. They take your money, you don’t receive your product and when you ask for a refund suddenly your emails are returned.
