Total bait and switch scheme. They let you make a reservation at an amazing price, only to call you later and tell you that your low-cost seat (basic economy) is sold out, and you must pay $200 more dollars to them to stay on that flight but in a more expensive (main cabin) seat. And they said I would need to wait 24 hours to get confirmation for that main cabin seat. I had no idea why it should take 24 hours, so I replaced my credit card and just bought my ticket through the regular airline website. It was $35 more than the new price they had quoted me, but was well worth the confidence and peace of mind that I did in fact have a ticket. Terrible.

my phone number and email address on my reservation are wrong. all the phone numbers on their website are disconnected or have a message to call another number. because my email address is wrong I did not get the breakdown of charges. I also spent an hour trying to call these fools because of the lack of working phone numbers, and in that hour I might've been able to cancel my ticket. and if you dig around on their website like the FAQs all the answers to the questions say coming soon. if you read all the other reviews of what coming soon from cheapfaresnow means you ain't seeing anything soon, late or ever.

Total scam! 2 years later still waiting for our refund. They keep changing the story!

They just useless,not even inform me when my flight was cancel and it’s already 2 months I’m still waiting for my refund and they customer service are too bad,they just drag for few hours and hang up until you get mad and give up

They deserve a zero . this is a fake company pyramid scheme ,they just going to take your money and put you through circles and blame you for everything and never refund your money. DON’T EVER use them!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE customer service and money gaugers!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! Booked a flight prior to covid, which had to be cancelled. Fought with them for months to get a credit in which they gave no confirmation for, just said I had to call and book with them to redeem it. The apparent voucher was only 60% of what I paid. I was only able to use the credit with the Airline I booked with 'Air Canada' which was the airline used for the majoirty of their website prior to covid. Now you can't find one Air Canada flight on their website, therefore the fake voucher the gave to me is void.

This company is a complete scam do not under any circumstances give them your money, and Trip Advisor should not be allowing them to use there site!

These are thieves and scammers !!! Never buy tickets from them !!! The money was not returned to me !!!

Update: after 5 long months I finally got 60% of my money back. I will still stay far away from them but they atleast gave the agreed upon money back.

I booked a flight for April back in January. At the time of booking I didn't even know what covid was but covid situation got out of hand and decided to cancel my flight. At first we agreed on a voucher for the same amount valid till december this year and I had to book through them with same airline. By June it was clear that traveling is not going to be possible so I asked for a refund. They agreed on a partial refund (60% of total back) as the flight i booked according to them departed and returned as scheduled and the airline was only willing to give a portion back. That seemed reasonable to me and I accepted their offer. They said that it will take 2-3 billing cycles(42-63 days) and I should see the refund by end of August. Its almost end of November and I still haven't seen anything. I have called them so many times and they hang up the moment I mention refund. I called my bank and they said they can only do chargeback for transactions made in last 90 days and it was already September by the time I called so they couldn't help me. $1651 CAD went down the drain so long story short....THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Worst company ever, I bought a ticket to Germany and Lufthansa cancelled the flight. That was in March now is November and I don’t get my refund yet. I called the agency many time and they always hung up the call I don’t even understand why they have a customer service line if they are totally rude a useless. They are going to steal your money please don’t use that agency you’ll lose your money ¡BE AWARE!

Hi guys, I bring the best answer for our refund. Those who got ticket cancelled by COV, plz deal with the card companies' policy that is called "chargeback" if ur card is visa or Mastercard. For me it took 5months to get fully refund, but it is fully working against wasteful words by these fraudulent agents. I hope ally guys get refund

I bought a ticket from Calgary to Nepal for 14th oct 2020. I signed up for 1065 CAD but I was charged for 1139 CAD. Then Turkish Airlines cancelled the flight from Istanbul to Kathmandu, then this agency was neither giving me full refund nor changing my flight for free. Fo the change of flight it was asking me 550 USD when the Turkish Airlines is saying you can either get full refund or have your flight rebooked at free of cost until dec 31 2021. Then I had to go through a long process with Turkish Airlines to get this issue resolved, I'm still working on this. Please don't use this company never ever. This company is a complete scam.

I booked flight from Calgary (Canada) to Delhi (India). Due to Covid19, I have to cancel flight. I called them to cancel flight on April 2020 and I was told it will take around 2-3 billing cycle to get your refund. Today it is Oct-2-2020 and money has not been refunded. Calling them every month and spoke to supervisors, every time, I got a new promise but no refund. Their Supervisors promised me to reply but when I send an email or call them, they don't respond. Horrible service. DO NOT BOOK with their website. It's totally SCAM. CHEAP CHEAP COMPANY.

Worst company ever! Everything youve read here is true. Before CoVID, Cathay cancelled my flight. This company wouldnt give me a refund because they said they didnt have knowledge of the cancellation. I offered to show them the emails but they said no. I waited a month and called back. Told me it was being processed. SEVEN months later and still NOTHING. I've been calling every month only to be told its being processed and I'll receive the refund the following week. They are liars and scammers.

Worst airline agency ever. Flight was canceled due to covid and am still struggling to get my unused ticket refund but its been 6 months they are lying to me that they have put request to concern team about refund but still not get any response from them. Now trying to connect by online chat but not able to connect because they have done something wrong with chat connection. Really very bad experience. Not recommended
