Order Never Delivered – No Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order worth €110, which was never delivered. I sent a complaint email but never received any response.
On top of that, it is impossible to reach customer service, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I am still trying to obtain a refund for my order.
I strongly advise others to avoid this site.
