We ordered three different colors of the hanging basket flowers. Paid $56 dollars for them. when we received them, they were three little spikes of flowers that could be bought at the dollar tree store for a $1.25! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also sent a nasty email to the manufacturer. They want photos of what I received and of the shipping label. I will not pay return shipping fees nor will I return them. Do not order these from this company!

Ordered a flower basket from Yocowell and got 2 tiny picks instead
I ordered 1 hanging flower basket to see how they were. The website showed this big flower basket looking large enough to hang from a shepards hook coming out of a large box.That is what I paid for & thought that’s what I was getting.

When my order arrived it was just 2 tiny petunia sprigs, no basket at all. I asked for a refund and they told me it would cost more to send them back than what I paid for the flowers. They offered me a 25% refund-I am never going to order from these scammers again! The product that was sent was worth 5.00

item was not as advertised on the ordering sight very deceptive did not look anything like what was advertised. very disappointed and will not order anything from them again. i could have gotten the same thing from the dollar store for a whole lot less. company should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising. The items I received was not even close as advertised. I want return and they are giving me problems and do not want to return the items. They said I should donate them so someone. Never order from them.

As everyone else has said, Yokowell is a scam site! We got the tiny box which is NOTHING like what they pictured as well. Im also concerned that since they are weasels that our credit card needs to be canceled as well.

False advertisement. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I will not let my experience happen to anyone that I know. My order of 3 hanging baskets of flowers arrived in one skinny box. What I received, I could have bought 10 - 15 of at Dollar Tree.

What a joke! Just as the other reviewers said. I ordered 4 of what I thought were beautiful hanging baskets and received 4 sprigs and I paid $40 total for what I could have gotten at Walmart for $2!!! So disappointed and returning them is a nightmare - not worth the hassel. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE!!!!!!!

Ordered what I thought was 5 potted plants and received 5 sprigs in a 4x13 box. Will never order from this site again and will read reviews before ordering from other unknown sites.

Very deceptive ads. Pictures show full baskets of flowers. What I received was 2 sprigs nothing near what they showed. If you’re thinking about buying….just don’t do it !!!!

Now they’re offering me a 20% refund and they feel they’re doing a great service with that and I get to keep the 2 little sprigs as a gift. REALLY

thought was ordering hanging basket for 15.99
and got one sprig that i could have got at dollar tree for 1.25 they say refund if not happy but gives u run around and start at 10% refund or mail back to
another c country large amount of money. total rip off buyer beware

Buyer Beware. Video showing the product is very deceptive. Thought I was buying hanging baskets of artificial flowers. Looked great in the video. What I got was a sprig of flowers that would go in a bud vase. Nowhere did it say you had to buy many to make your own basket. Very disappointed. However they offered a small percentage back as a refund. Would not buy from them again.
