Love this brand so much I think I’ve ordered from them whenever I find an occasion to! The quality of their wrapping paper and personalisation of their cards is so good. I literally tell everyone about it can’t imagine wrapping presents in normal wrapping paper again lol. Also delivery time is good too!

Such a shame…
Placed and order and then after 2 weeks wondered where it was. Emailed them and they said on there system it had been delivered. I had not recieved this item.
I then emailed them and they offered me a refund. I am still waiting for a reply for this to be issued.

I’m disappointed in their customer services they do not reply to emails at all. I sent them a email regarding a order and they have still yet to reply to me. They are good company because of the items they sell but they need to improve on their customer services.

Amazing, cannot recommend them enough
I found this company last Christmas and now they are my ‘go to’ for cards and wrapping paper!! The senders are so easy to deal with and have replied to all my queries promptly. I recently placed an order and given the current situation with Covid-19 didn’t expect to receive them so quickly, they arrived within 2 working days. Cannot recommend this company enough! I’d been looking for cards like this for so long, so happy I found them!

SCAM - be careful
Bought a card on the 8th of April, nearly 20days later it still hadn’t even been shipped (meant to be delivered in 2-5 working days + some allowance for corona). Opened a paypal dispute and won it within hours and got a full refund. Obviously something not right with this scamming website.
