Had ordered a book on 19th Oct '25 and it's 23rd Oct and still the order not delivered. Tracking result shows expected delivery date as 27th Oct. They really need to work on the delivery aspects. Order ID #60819.
ordered on 20 July.....they have taken the money but still not provided the product, its 4 weeks...
Everytime you have to chase them for an update, they will never come back from their own. They call back and give varied reasons:
1. handle broken
2. remaking
3. product is damaged
4. manufactuirng and dispatch is 100 kms apart
5. dispatch is drowned
etc....
BUt no product or refund
Order is an ANgad Gada- no shipment till now...no place to give or chekc review
1. Product Quality
The Indian Club pair are different sizes by a good margin and have different colors.
I can understand that these are handcrafted and therefore minor visible differences upto some extent are acceptable, however, the ones which I have received, by no means have minor defects.
2. Stock Availability
I placed an order only after checking that the clubs were in stock and ready to ship, however, I had to wait for 2 weeks because that was not the case.
3. Order Tracking
There is no way to track your order.
However, I like the customer support which is quick to respond but my query stays unresolved.
4. No option to leave a review
Whoever is running the show is too smart for not providing customers an option to write a review anywhere, either on Google or website. This is really pathetic.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
