No parcel arrived within advertised delivery time. Unable to track parcel with tracking codes given. Initial email query was acknowledged and answered but tracking never did become available. Subsequent emails completely ignored. Parcel finally arrived 16 days after ordered.

Ordering is easy, deliver to UK is quick and the top is lovely. A present for my mother which she loves - she is the queen of everything black and white and it is perfect.

Yoek have always had an excellent range of plus size clothing. Their range is huge. Their Customer Service are extremely prompt in handling both orders and queries - even the postal service used provides prompt and clear communication on the order despatch.
The quality, fit and designs are really great - there truly is something for every plus size customer! Highly recommended

Brilliant service, ordered items where delivered in 6 days to Northern Ireland and I was kept up to date by tracker from they left Yoek. Clothing is lovely quality and a perfect fit so I am so pleased that I decided to buy from Yoek.

I am a returning customer, who drops into the Yoek website often . I was thinking it would be nice to add something nice to my wardrobe for Spring. Always lots of choice for plus size ladies. I ordered two tunic tops, I did not have to wait long for them to arrive, beautifully packed . I am always impressed with care that is taken. My tunics are well made, fit perfectly and have very clear washing instructions. I will be dropping in again soon.

I have given you One star because there was no option to give zero stars, The coat was a total disappointment. The quality was abysmal and definitely not worth £169.00. At that price the coat should have been lined, the pockets not made of a thin cheap material and the shoulder pads not made of thin flimsy foam which folds in half as it is not fit for purpose. My parcel was intercepted by customs and the royal mail, who charged me an extra £70 which I had to pay before I could receive it. I think you have a gross cheek charging what you do for such poor quality. I could buy better quality for much less quite easily in the UK.I am out of pocket a total of £239.00 for a coat that is worth a small fraction of this. I understand from your paperwork that I have to pay for returns and customs charges which would rub salt in the wounds. This mater has both upset me greatly and I feel cheated and regret ever buying from you. You will NEVER have my custom again. Yours in digust JULIE ROMANIUk

Yoek UK website easy to navigate view lots of lovely designer clothing.
The garment ordered 7/8 Jeans was a special occasion gift for a very close family member.
I own a pair myself and find them the most comfortable, flattering and stylish jeans ever owned, and regardless of size. I think them unbeatable designer fashion. The Yoek team kept me personally up to date with my parcel delivery and steps taken (this was very reassuring given Christmas period, COVID-19 and it was near to end of the Brexit Transition period looming) with link to the tracking details. I wondered if there may be an issue/delay but I need not have worried the package arrived safely today, well protected in a suitably sustainable cardboard box, enclosed in tissue paper and done so with care and attention to detail. I would have no problem engaging with Yoek in the future, classy garments = classy service.

New company to me so this is the first time shopping with”Yoek”. Easy to use website and to place an order. Clothes arrived quickly, in good condition, as described and as shown. Would definitely order from this company again.
