Charlie was very helpful. But chat times between 9-12 was very limiting when you have an issue in the afternoon

When trying to get an answer to a simple question, like, is there an excess to pay if I choose an additional product such as Ultimate Home Emergency, and need to call for a heating engineer, lets say, the AI is so hopeless and frustrating that it has put me off going with them. Looks like AI is the only means of communication with Yoga. Time to move on to a different insurer that has humans to chat to!

Brad is the Man! he offered me a quote yesterday which i couldn't get to go through properly. Brad had a look and said it had timed out!! Once Brad had loaded it again I was able to pay for my policy and Brad stayed available until it was completed. Then he sorted out my old policy and cancelled it. Brilliant customer service , Thanks

I started a chat with Charlie after a mix up with my insurance, he was very efficient and resolved the issue quickly

Took out contents insurance for my Mum in Laws items when she passed away whilst we sold the property. When it came to renewal time I didn’t want the insurance now as property was sold but unknown to me it was on an automatic renewal my policy renewed at 2.20am I cancelled at 6,20am same day and Yoga want to charge £8 for 4 hours cover and £30 for administration charge to cancel 😡 I have had a letter threatening debt collectors when the annual premium was only £43 😡 absolute rip of insurance company I would never ever insure with them again 😡

Jack has just sorted my renewal hasle free, thanks Jack keep up the great service
