Yoga in guter Atmosphäre

Habe schon mehrmals bei Yoga2day Yoga praktiziert. Bin sicher nicht der beweglichste, aber ich gebe alles und fühle mich trotzdem sehr wohl neben denen die sich biegen wie Schlangenfrauen oder Schlangenmänner. Die Atmosphäre würde ich als freundlich, familiär und auch humorvoll bezeichnen. Ich finde das auch wichtig das stets auf die richtige Ausführung der einzelnen Posen geachtet und auch dementsprechend korrigiert wird. Ich persönlich kann Yoga2day uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
