This community has help me tremendously work through the chatter in my mind and to find peace in my heart.

Disappointed in this community, feel the opposite of included. Loved the site at first and now I don't because I don't have the same "beliefs" as Rachel so she doesn't even want me in this community according to her instagram stories. Cried when I unsubscribed because I never in a million years thought I would, it does not feel like a safe space to me anymore.

Great platform for full 90-120 minute practices that includes the spiritual and embodied yoga practice. The added astrology and meditation practices give it a nice variety. Docking a star because Rachel no longer does her weekly lives, which is the reason why I signed up in the first place.

So great to have access to authentic, meaningful, and engaging tools to build up your practice no matter where you are in the world.

Yoga Girl provides a varied selection of yoga classes for any mood. The community is authentic and true to the practice of yoga. I started using this during quarantine and will continue to use this as a part of my daily yoga practice.

Also, just love Rachel and everything she has built :-)

I love the Yoga Girl website and Rachel in general! I love to be able to choose the type of practice I need and want that day. During our lock down, I practiced daily at home. Now, I do both her practices plus the studio. I also love her daily podcasts. Uplifting!

I love the website. The content is very nice and diverse. The only thing which I would criticize a bit is that sometimes it just doesn´t work. I think it´s a connection problem there, I don´t know.

Rachel and all the people at Yoga Girl have enhanced my life in so many wonder full ways. From her amazing YTT's to her online classes, I am forever grateful that she shares her gifts with the world.

I finally learned what it is "do what your body needs". I feel my body now, and it's amazing! Yoga helps me recharge after the workday.

Yoga Girl! <3 I started with the 30 Days of Space, just when the pandemic started. I absolutely loved it and it became such an important platform for me. I just had to stay!! I signed up for a subscription and continued with yoga every day.
