Welcome to Yoga with Melanie Yoga with Melanie offers welcoming yoga classes in and around Bury and Bolton, helping people take time out of their busy lives to move, breathe and reconnect with themselves. My aim is to create a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable exploring yoga at their own pace. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, you're welcome to join me on the mat. My classes offer an opportunity to gently stretch, improve flexibility, develop balance and strength, and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. Yoga isn't about being able to touch your toes or achieving the perfect pose. It's about listening to your body, moving mindfully and finding moments of calm in everyday life. Alongside regular yoga classes, I also organise yoga retreats, offering a chance to step away from everyday responsibilities and enjoy time dedicated to wellbeing, relaxation and connection. I believe yoga should be enjoyable, accessible and something you can look forward to each week. There's no pressure to be perfect — simply come as you are and enjoy some time for yourself. Went on fabulous yoga retreat in Cómpeta -Spain earlier this October
The place was first class, clean and comfortable in a wonderful setting.
The yoga with Melanie was outstanding and all meals cooked fresh everyday by Colin. The yoga studio had amazing views and hot tub and pool to chill out was an added bonus.
Already booked for next year, can’t wait.
Melanie and Colin are great hosts, providing a friendly and comfortable retreat experience. The venues are consistently fabulous, and Spain was no exception. Melanie's wonderful yoga leaves you feeling relaxed and nourished ! Would highly recommend !

Melanie is a wonderful yoga teacher. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she also cares about every person in the room. She takes time to show everyone adaptations so that they can get the best out of every part of the class. All classes, workshops and retreats are well planned will love and respect.
You will not regret attending a class or a workshop or retreat.
