I made an order on May 27 received a tracking number and everything been checking my order n I knew coming from China it was going to take a month or so but when I check again for the last time on jun 29 it said that have been delivered on June 28... I'm been home on vacation and I haven't received anything from them I try the support email fail then I found another email and they answered me telling me that the package was delivered I haven't received anything. So I called my bank hopefully I could get my money back. totally SCAM 😡😡 when I check my order now it said Kohl's not Temu smh for those that are looking for an email too write to them here is the right one zlu1@officialafter-salescom they would refund my money my bank got in contact with them.

I ordered in May took money but no goods like other reviews you get a bot with same crap every I eventually got through by email sent tracking number for good but as yet nothing has been delivered nd yep guys you guessed right go to email them nd it's an invalid email address ...thank goodness I didn't spend much but thats beside the point at one point they tried to insinuate they were part of temu ...which they're not
But if you want a company which has great stuff fast delivery (sometimes within a week nd the most exact tracking use temu ) customer service great too sometimes a wait but normally dealt with within an hr and you can see your position on que ..team temu all the way

You would think that with Facebook being as big as they are that they would be able to do something about scum like this! It takes a real awesome person to scam hard working people out of their money like they do! Maybe if they would put a little bit of effort into getting a real job instead of being a no good lying thief the world might be a better place! Their parents must be proud!!! Shame on you! FYI.....Karma will find you!

No order stole my money and when you email it comes back invalid

I ordered twice from these people and have yet to get either package. You can't call because the number they give you is invalid and doesn't make sense. You can't email them because that seems to be invalid to. When you message them you have to deal with a bot, which is so frustrating because they give the same reply, it doesn't matter the question. Worse company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I want my money back. I won't be ordering from them again and I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.

This site is BS!!!!! They went thru all the trouble of sending me fake tracking information...even made it look ligit by putting different stops the package was making. I emailed them and asked what the hold up was and they asked if I could wait an additional 5 days and I did. Come to find out IT WAS ALL A LIE AND A SCAM. Now the email address is no long valid and I cant contact anyone

I did go by the reviews even they were fake. This website deserves a class action lawsuit. There has to be an irl number somewhere. I actually found a viewers map. The store is just a little tiny shop that sells women's clothes, but I am a member of temu so I question them. They told me people are using their website and they are going after them for infringement laws because it's costing their own company money and time to explain to customers that it isn't their company doing this? I've never had a problem ordering from the original temu. I only gave him one star because they actually got away with scamming so many people but not for long.

If I could leave a 0 experience I would. I should have looked up the reviews on this place before I made 2 orders, which total about $80.00. Ordered in May have not gotten NOTHING, can not even track it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. So sad that people have to be this way. I have learned my lesson, NO MORE!!!!!!

In the tracking of my package it says that it is delivered but I never received the package!
I have tried to contact support but the email support(at)yokang.shop do not work.
SCAM

No items delivered at my home address. Sent fake tracking nos. and email address in not deliverable, sent emails but failed all the time. Another scammer and just so many of them. I don't trust these websites ads from Fb anymore. So far this is the 4th websites that I've been scammed and I really learnt my lesson now.

Ordered a lot of stuff on this site. Been tracking it for 27 days. Finally said in my area. Then today went to check my mail and nothing … tracked it again and it said was delivered and signed for which is BS. I’m the only one living here and only one with a mail key…. Sent a email and came back that it doesn’t exist. What a scam. Waited almost a month and now out my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is a scam! Ordered May 21. Received a confirmation e-mail with tracking info. Can't trust Facebook. They say it is a trusted site. Package didn't exist today , June 17,2023.

This company with a few others is a proper SCAM ordered clothes waited 7 weeks , told it arrived / delivered , ALL LIES fake tracking fake emails fake calls fake website. I have ALL there sites and they are ALL now on the legal scam sites , so everybody knows not to be scammed by them .

Ordered, paid, paid extra for tracking. Got tracking info, emailed them several times, said order was delivered.. long story short all these reviews pretty much summed it up! I cannot contact them now anymore, it says site doesn’t exist, I’ve messaged emailed anyway I can.. no response

Ordered alot of clothes for a trip. Ordered early in case it came late. I never got confirmation email. I messaged 25 days later and was told it was waiting to be shipped. Then after messaging back and forth and it's been 3 months. They told me they had mailed my order to another customer and I got their order. No I didn't. Told them I wanted my money back. They told me sure minus $15 shipping. I said no it was their error. They messaged back with another offer I declined. I didn't pay any shipping anyway so why would I pay it?!?!?!

if i could give it zero stars i would ordered £65 of clothes received a lucky bag ring told couriers had sent my package to someone else had a two week fight to get an kind of money back they offered me 30% refund and keep ring 40% keep ring so on and so on eventually i told them i would settle for 80% and keep ring only because they wanted me to post it back on express delivery DO NOT ORDER from here SCAM!!now to see how long it takes to receive refund

I didn't receive anything from them but tracking says that it has delivered.....total scam
