blocked access with 173 euros on my account. They are asking verification that I'm the owner of the crypto wallet I used to deposit. But my crypto account, exodus wallet is anonymous. There is no name in it, they are refusing any common sense here. Just want to take my money

terrible
Terrible.
They have an option of "fast bet" that simply confirm a bet that you've clicked before with a random value, this completely removed my right to the promotion
in support, they told me to explain what happened and yet they just refused to help me
Just avoid this website there are plenty of other better options

Dear Marcel,
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our "Fast Bet" feature.
Our intention behind this feature is to allow players to quickly place bets before any odds changes, providing a seamless and efficient betting experience.
Additionally, we want to highlight that the "Fast Bet" feature can be easily deactivated using the "ON/OFF" toggle. This allows you to have full control over when to use this feature and when to disable it.
We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
Best regards,
Yonibet Care Team
