The Robotic dog is not robotic, it is nothing like the adverts it is NOT interactive. It is cheap and nasty, when I complained and wanted to return it for a refund they offered me £8 as the postage and packing would be payable by me and would cost just £8 less than the price of the dog.

Packaged in a very nice box my toothbrush arrived .
I am wanting to try it but am waiting for a replacement of the
USB as this will not go in to charge it .

Bought the “life like puppy” nothing like the advert. Very cheap old fashioned Toy really feels like a scam. It’s all over the internet and catching lots of people I should imagine at this time of year

Supposed arrive 29/11/25 arrived 9/12/25.
£40 of absolute rubbish. Lumpy cheap pillow.
Poundland pillows are better.

I purchased an ultrasonic mouthguard toothbrush on 24 Nov and it arrived 4 December, so very long time to arrive. It is faulty and does NOT Work - doesnt turn on despite trying to fully charge it. I have had several email exchanges where they are willing to replace but not refund on agreement i give them a 5 star review !!! This is appalling and shocking - bribing me to give 5 star review in return for a replacement. Under UK law, if goods are faulty - you have the right to demand a full refund on the Consumers Act 2015. I am still trying to resolve - but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - very bad experience and have had to use a chargeback through my bank as getting nowhere with them.

Hello update on the YooJe robotic dog puppy I have received the item and I wouldn't have payed £4 of a cheap stall it does not look like what I had ordered from this company all it does is bark and goes round in circles stay well clear of this company lost £39 to them and it's supposed to made at a German company but no it came from guess china.

I had a problem with my payment which the customer service people identified before I did. They have been proactive in resolving this for me and I recommend this online company - not something you can say often these days

Sonic Toothbrush. I was intrigued by this new way of cleaning my teeth. After only a couple of uses my mouth and tooth surfaces feel different and I am confident on continued use my teeth will be cleaner than ever.
It feels like the way to go in oral hygiene.
I received the unit very quickly after ordering and it feels solid and well made.
I had a slight issue with the charger and after contacting the supplier they got back to me very quickly with an offer of a replacement. Hope it arrives soon.

Don't buy anything from these people they are con artists. They promise to refund you if you dont like the pillows and its all rubbish. Been trying to get my money back for ages and all they will offer is a voucher for 1/10 of the value. Plus although its a uk url there is no return UK address.

Ultrasonic toothbrush. Bought two, one was faulty. Charger didnt work and the battery would not retain a charge. I have been exchanging emails and photos for 10 days and no replacement has been offered

Terrible - never received antichoking devices. Very very poor service and delivery company

Absolute rubbish! Anti snoring pillows were just toy filler in a pillowcase. Promised free returns if they don’t work but will not reply to emails to request returns label. No shipping details in the bag. Paid £76 for two pillows which are worth £5 each at best.

I bought two so called life vac face masks that do more harm than good. I believed they were a uk company but in Fact are chinese Scammers. Time and time again ask for full refund but nothing. Do not use Yooje.uk you might just kill someone if you use their product.

Ordered 2 items from Yooje. They haven’t been delivered due to a mess-up on the delivery company and I’m being told I can only get a 50% refund, but I don’t have the products! Please do not order from this website. It is a scam!

Rubbish goods and refusal to send return address. They break UK law by saying they take shipping cost off returned goods even if you can find somewhere to send them. Avoid
