I received the motorized shades in good time. Everything was completed without any problems, installation and programming could not have been easier! Customer service reached out in advance of manufacturing the product to confirm specifications and all in all it was a great experience.

Excellent customer service and support. I have ordered motorized shades for all windows in my house from yoolax. They work brilliantly, look great, are simple to install and have many options for control. I have received several compliments so far for the shades.

Great shade and works well. Easy instructions for measuring as I was worried since it's a semi-circular arch window. I love the choice of having many different colors and also the ability to have blackout shades.

Round Remote broken and operation…
Round Remote broken and operation intermittent, changed battery several times and have to constantly tap on it to work. Spoke to customer service and they request a video of the problem. Giving me a hard time on a replacement.

The order, delivery and installation process were exactly as promised.
Shipment arrived must faster than I thought. The blind were exactly what I had hoped for and the installation was easy. The online videos took all of the guess work out of the process.

For our extra-wide outdoor roller shades, some final adjustments may be required after delivery and installation. Due to transportation and packaging requirements, the shade dimensions may need to be adjusted during setup to achieve the desired width and height settings.
Please fully extend the shade fabric before checking the measurements. Once installed, the width and height settings can be adjusted to ensure the shade fits and operates properly.

Unusable "blackout" blinds with hidden tolerances. Customer service blames the buyer!
Do not buy from this company if you actually need blackout coverage. I ordered custom inside-mount blinds for a 74.125-inch window frame. The blinds arrived drastically short, with the actual fabric measuring under 73 inches. This leaves a massive light gap of over half an inch on both sides, making the "blackout" feature completely useless.When I contacted customer service, they tried to evade responsibility by claiming they have a hidden 0.8-inch "manufacturing tolerance" that was never disclosed when ordering. A tolerance that large makes custom ordering pointless.Even worse, after posting my honest experience, they responded to my reviews by trying to blame me to cover their own mistakes. Instead of fixing their manufacturing error, they choose to gaslight their customers publicly.Terrible quality control, deceptive sizing policies, and unprofessional customer service. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

what a great product…
I just want to say what a great product these outdoor shades turned out to be. Yoolax communication and customer service was outstanding. In addition:
1) The manufacture and shipping was fast (1 day),
2) using UPS worldwide express shipping offered continuous shipment tracking which allowed me to plan my installation time,
3) the packaging quality protected the shades,
4) the manufacturing quality delivered fully functional shades,
5) installation was very simple despite a 10 foot ceiling height and 100 degree Fahrenheit outside temperature,
6) the remote control worked perfectly with all 3 shades,
7) the Yoolax app for iPhone was very easy to setup and use,
8) the shades connected to the app within seconds,
9) the smart hub was plug and play since I had manually set the shade limits with the app before plugging in the smart hub, and
10) I was able to quickly create functioning "scenes" to lower and raise the blinds on a schedule every day.
All of my objectives were accomplished on the same day I received my order. My first order was a test to see if these shades were good quality. What I discovered is that they are highly functional, beautiful, and the best value that I've seen in the market. I am already putting together an order for all of the interior windows of my house.
