Great. Easy property hunting, very efficient and smooth.

Very easy process from start to finish using York and Lechmere to find a place to rent. Very responsive to all communication from fitting us in for a viewing to contracts and moving in dates. Khidr really helpful with any questions we had. Small company but great service.

We were going away and that would have meant not being able to show anyone round the property as we had it on with Open Rent. We handed it over to Khidr and he has been amazing. Lots of viewings and a tenant by the middle of the month.

I had my property on the market for a few months with all the main estate agents , even with their high tech marketing strategy could not find a suitable tenant. Khidr contacted me on Open Rent , at first I was reluctant to connect but was getting no where with the other agents. Khidr was amazing , he managed to find a suitable tenant on the first viewing ! Unlike other agents Khidr is honest, transparent and very efficient in finding the right client but without having to pay ridiculous commission fees. He approach is very unique and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to market their property on Open Rent or using other channels.

My experience with York & Lechmere was surprisingly good. At first I was sceptical as they are a very small agency. Khidr is very knowledgeable and is good at his work, despite being a very young man. Although they could not find me a property, I viewed 2 with Khidr and he knew the epc, and council tax when I asked. If I ever need a property again, I will be coming to York & Lechmere.
