This was an oversite as the review was meant for Claybrooks and NOT Beaverbrooks, apologies. My chain broke and was repaired by this company but it broke again a couple of weeks later. When I took it back I was informed that it wasn't worth repairing as the links were worn. I was advised that the best way forward was to scrap it as the price of gold "was sky high". After asking for the value I was advised that they would pay me £150, which I thought very low. Took it to another jeweler who checked the current value of gold and paid me £295. This was my second bad experience with Beaverbrooks and I will never use them again and would advise others to avoid them.

Excellent shopping mall, a large selection of branded clothing (Zara, LV, Prada, etc.), food court. I really liked the background music. But there are always a lot of people, which can be inconvenient.
