I ordered an XL sweater and when it arrived, it was too small. They offered that I keep the sweater and 50% off the next size up, so I took that. However, even THIS was too small! This got me looking into the company, and saw that they are from China, so of course everything is going to be way too small. It’s a shame, because the sweater is great quality, and it’s packaged with a little satchel of lavender giving it a pleasant smell.
Anyway, they really don’t want you to return anything, because they offered again that I can keep the sweaters for a 30% refund.

I was refunded in full just as I expected and deserved. Thank you!

I had to call PayPal after numerous emails to get them to ship what I ordered. Finally they shipped a different size after changing the size I had ordered. I'm assuming they didn't have any more mediums to ship. It was a complete waste of my time and I will have to pay to send it back I'm sure. I will never order from them again

Bought a sweater and the quality is awful. They tied a knot in the yarn on the front and generally the yarn looks dirty. This was also after three weeks of waiting for the sweater. I emailed immediately for a refund and got an out of office response that should have expired 2 days prior to my email. Super shady, DO NOT USE.

Have been looking at purchasing this jacket for a while now. True to size and easy to order. Delivery time as expected. Regular updates from customer service. The jacket is really smart but not a heavy winter jacket
