Rude to customers when they ask questions regarding where meat is sourced. Arrogant and vile responses, which quite frankly shocked me as not seen someone so unprofessional ever!

People should be able to ask where their food is coming from without such an attacking response. Awful customer service and owner is clearly too ignorant to care.

A company that in today’s social media savvy population ignores a legitimate question as to where their meat is sourced from and then ridicules the individual asking the question shows a complete lack of customer service and care. Use at your peril you don’t know what you are buying from them and they are unwilling to say !!

What an unprofessional outfit! Customer service is shocking. When a potential customer asks a valid question regarding their products, they should not be ridiculed or receive bad language on social media.

A customer asked how their meat is slaughtered. A genuine question asking if Halal or fully stunned. Everyone has a choice to eat meat which is humanely killed. The question was received with ridicule, abuse and swearing. What a great way to treat customers and drive away prospective business. When on our travels we always source out local butchers, this is one to definitely avoid

Order delivered efficiently by Zach. Good quality meat, freezer drawer filled nicely. Only shame is that when he puts special deals on they don't go on website. Will have to make it down to shop...

Couldn’t find middle bacon anywhere local anymore,so decided to give you guys ago.

Glad I did,the braising steak was excellent also.
Will be ordering again,once I have room in my freezer

I’d been a customer in this butchers before and the value for money and the quality of the cuts of meat are always amazing. They do amazing deals on Facebook for in store collection.

I live fairly far away now so decided to get it delivered and can’t fault them. As expected great quality meats and it came packaged well and to temperature. Zach even called which I missed and then left a voice mail message asking if all was well as he’d seen the tracking had been updated to delivered. Amazing customer service and great quality meats. This is a really amazing butchers. Sadly the butchers where I live near aren’t even close to being as good as them but thankfully they deliver now and more business for them my monthly go to now.

Was once trying to order around £80 worth of meat for delivery. The butcher refused to deliver certain item’s as “i don’t make enough money on them”: When I mentioned this on his facebook page he then publicly agued and eventually blocked me. It wasn’t that long ago he was begging for customers and crying on his facebook page about the price of electricity. His customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I can only see this business going one way ………. Sad really
