The most amazing experience! My dentist was amazing,the dental nurse was so lovely also, the receptionists were amazing, life changing results, they put me at ease the whole time, they really cared about me, cannot recommend going here enough, loved the whole lot x

They will call you and call you and even return calls until they've got your money.

After that cant be bothered to call you back unless their going to get more money

So many mistakes made for us and lies of good will gestures due to their mistakes and shocking communication

I’m very happy with the service provided to me all round the team are very nice and friendly thay make you feel comfortable and at ease and we’re very helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a new smile

Caution : Avoid YDS. I left the below review and YDS has left a standard reply to contact , but they have blocked my phone. I have contacted via another phone number and they have said they will call back . But nothing.
I would have given zero stars if I could. I started the treatment at this place when it was an independent practice. Middle of the treatment, it was taken over by Yorkshire Dental suite. From that time the quality of treatment and attitude of the Dentist changed. Many of my concerns were not addressed and complaints ignored. I feel that the whole attitude is unprofessional and far below expected standard. The quality of the procedure is also deteriorated and there have been missed complications. I will be escalating this if they continue to ignore concerns.

Staff lovely but pressured into finance agreement. They recorded inaccurate figures. Called to cancel and still not had a promised call back to confirm this 2 weeks later and just had nearly £300 taken from bank when I cancelled but they clearly haven't cancelled it or called me back in almost 2 weeks.

I was so pleased that I made the call to enquire about composite bonding on a damaged tooth.
I was guided through the process on the phone by a very helpful lady who booked me in swiftly.
I was very happy with my results & can finally love my smile again.

AVOID - Composite bonding came away from the tooth within 5 days of completion despite following strict aftercare advice. I’ve had ongoing issues with poor composite bonding since June 2024, raised within days of treatment, and still unresolved nearly two years later. YDS keep blaming a former self‑employed clinician instead of taking responsibility, despite my contract being with them.
Endless delays, no aftercare, and now trying to claim it’s “out of warranty” despite acknowledging the problem and arranging remedial assessments. They claim to offer premium nanofill bonding which is stronger etc. etc. its all absolute rubbish. Will cost you 4x as much as any other decent cosmetic dentist would charge too. It was applied so thinly to my teeth you can see my own tooth through it (confirmed by one of their clinicians who later reviewed it due to me complaining) Now refusing to put the work right! They do not respond to aftercare queries, save yourself the stress and money, go elsewhere. Original clinician was more interested in making tiktok and instagram videos than carrying out the works correctly. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I went to YDS Wakefield today for a consultation for composite bonding! It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and i felt at ease. My next appointments are booked in and can't wait to get my new smile now!

The staff at the desk made me feel welcome and was very polite. I was so nervous to get a fill in done but soon as I was in the chair the staff made me feel safe and did a brilliant job ! ( Lara and Emily on reception, Dr Madiha and her nurse ayla and spot on as always Tyrone )

I’ve just finished my Smile White at YDS in Guisley. Dr H has been fantastic the whole was through. Every single member of staff on reception is always so welcoming- it’s always a lovely experience to visit. Beth on reception has especially been so lovely and helped with a few enquiries! I’ve been with Yorkshire Dental Suite for one year for my Smile White aligners, under Dr Khan. I’ve always been very anxious around my dentist appointments prior to discovering YDS. This all changed when I joined YDS for my treatments, Dr Khan has always been so patient with my nerves and anxiety. Providing reassurance and confidence throughout each appointment. The friendliest reception staff, dentists, a clean and relaxed environment - couldn’t ask for a better dental suite. From start to finish I have felt thoroughly looked after and catered for. Could not fault in the slightest!

All of the staff at Yorkshire Dental Suite are fantastic. The friendly professional reception staff all the way through from the Dental nurses to Dr Nilesh who did my implants. He’s fantastic friendly professional & really good at and job.

Exceptional service given by the Hull Branch, staff were amazing throughout and made me feel at ease and very welcomed. 1st Class, so happy to be going back for my treatment. Would 100% recommend this practice

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish,...
Having not attended a dentist for 15 years ( for various reasons !) I found these folks on the googles and they were absolutely brilliant,. Esmy & Evie set me up and wizard Dr. Sia Lord did the do..
My primary focus was peridontal inflammation which I only learned about recently. They x ray-d me,.. hygiened me... and set me up with tools and advice,.. it was pretty much the perfect visit to the dentis,.. (Alot has changed in 15 years, but these people were very impressive..- Thank you) David

I returned for a hygienist appointment which turned out to be considerably more expensive than I was originally quoted over the phone.

The front desk staff are always very pleasant, however I wasn’t told that Dr Phil had left and that there’d be someone else taking care of me.

When I turned up for my hygienist appointment I’d actually just chipped a tooth and fortunately was able to get booked in to have it repaired while I was there, however the Dentists bed side manner left a lot to be desired, almost like a warranty repair was beyond his pay grade and an inconvenience, I felt instantly uncomfortable.

I asked about booking a check before my warranty was up and was sharply told that I’d have to pay for that! And that there it was only relevant if there was an issue, now having spent over £8000 I did not expect this response.

The work was done quickly and then I came to pay for my hygienist and was told a figure £35 more than I’d originally been quoted and then was asked to prove that I’d been quoted the lower price, again was made to feel very uncomfortable.

It’s such a great shame as my teeth are great and the initial experience was exceptional.

Sadly I won’t be recommending to anyone now.

From start to finish has been a most rewarding experience. At the Hessle practice I’ve had a full upper jaw teeth implant. The final result is brilliant. Expensive, but I’ve finally done something for me and I’m very pleased indeed not only with the implant but also how helpful all the staff have been.

So far not very good , the temps are too small and very gritty , the whitening product was sent out a day before the upper temps were fitted , only one night before going into get them fitted so couldnt whiten the remaining top teeth , i have another 2 hour drive today to try and get all this sorted ,hopefully i am changing tje star rating on this 3🫩
