watching the tiktok live they dont have any answers to the questions and plants shown are dusty or have fungus on them im really surprised people with zero clue how to answer basic questions on plant care and plant husbandry even run this kind of business
Placed my 1st order late on Thursday night & it was delivered ib Saturday. Lovely healthy plant which was packaged with care. Great price & Sam went to a lot of effort on the TikTok live to make sure I was happy with the plant he picked. Would highly recommend & have already ordered from them again. Thank you

What a gem of a store with such a great range of plants and accessories. I’ve purchased rare and exciting plants as well as more common house plants. Sam and Josh are amazing and so is the rest of their team. I love watching them on tik tok and engaging with their chats. There website is fresh and easy to use. Brought multiple orders from here now found them on tik tok And was hooked by their infectious happy attitude loved see in the plants and having the option to pick many interactions and chances to win stuff always packaged impeccably always as shown and no surprises got given little freebies before as I mentioned I like crystals

I’m really surprised to be writing this review because I’ve watched these guys on TikTok for a while and honestly they seemed great. I’ve seen them swap out plants they didn’t think were good quality etc. I made my first order and what’s arrived today is just no where near the quality shown on the website photos or on the TikTok lives. They have refunded one of the plants but I’m still down the cost of the other (looks tiny compared to the established one in the photo on the website) and £6 delivery. I would never had purchased these plants if I’d seen them first and I would gladly return them for a full refund. Their responses to my messages have been a bit defensive and not particularly apologetic given what they’ve sent out to me. They also seem to have blocked me on TikTok now. I’m just quite confused because the people I see on the live aren’t matching the messages and response they’re sending me. Anyway in summary I sadly can’t recommend and won’t be supporting them again.

Highly recommend visiting Yorkshire Exotics,,plants are exceptional and great value for money. I order from the website which is easy to follow and each plant has a clear description of how to care for them. They are packaged extremely well and arrived damage free and extremely healthy. Cannot praise Sam and Josh enough . Well worth visiting they also go live on TikTok and offer loads of advice
