I feel that this company is untrustworthy and should be avoided at all costs .
When you are making your Wills you need the right help and advice and we didn't get that from this company. They offer a 14 day cancellation policy but take your payment . As I didn't receive my wills for 20 days it was then I realized that
this company wasn't for me so I rang to cancel and ask for a refund to be told I couldn't cancel and have my money refund as it was out of the 14 day period and nothing could be done. So I rang my bank and they agreed with me I had been treated unfairly regards to the 14day refund policy when I hadn't received any correspondence in the correct time so the case went in my favour and a charge back was done as the company couldn't provide sufficient evidence to support there case . I have since learned that some of the information I was given was not correct and that unnecessary charges had been added to my account. Yorkshire wills and probate are now pursuing me through a debt recovery even though the case went in my favour and I don't want there service. Please don't commit to this company before you take advice from others

Called for some advice and the lady I spoke with Kayleigh, she was amazing. Dealt with my queries professionally and with great efficiency. Definitely would recommend.

I was upset as I spent £ 400 on my will with another company and they sent me the will through the post. I rang them later and I found out that the company was closed down. Now I guessed that my will was not valid. I rang Yorkshire Will and they promised to help me out. Will advisor visited me at my home in Sheffield and he explained everything very clearly to me. He prepared a single will for me for £99. I was very pleased with their service and very professional service.
