absolutely horrid company to deal with

absolutely horrid company to deal with, i ordered a product for about 130 over a damn year ago now and have been given pure bs responses from their "support" claiming it'll be shipped out or ill get a refund soon and still i've received neither a refund or my package, do not order from them no matter how much you want to support someone using their store front you'll be far better off just donating to the person you want to support since buying from them will get you nothing but headaches and only a small percent of the money they scam from you will go to the person you want to support so either donate to the person or wait for them to move to a company that actually sends out purchased items
