You are a great example of what an online store should be. First off, I received the part and it’s exactly what I ordered. Of course , that should be a given no matter who you order from. But more than that, I am very impressed with the professionalism of your company. The part is 100% unused Toyota part in its original packaging. Shipping costs were very reasonable through Japan Post. My order was delivered to Canada in 6 days from the time it was shipped. The tracking allowed me to know exactly where it was through out its journey. The ordering was easy and my questions were answered in a very timely manner considering the time difference. Every aspect of the process was perfect.

I’m spreading the word about your company- it should be the go to place for ordering genuine Toyota (and other) car parts at a fraction of what a local dealer charges for the identical part. Thank you very much for your service.

My experience with Yoshiparts has been extremely negative. In my case, the prices listed on their website seemed very reasonable, but after placing the order and making the full payment, they contacted me to charge me extra fees and excessively high shipping costs that weren't specified on the website.

Furthermore, when I made the purchase, they asked for the vehicle's VIN to check the part. They even specified which part it was, and after almost a month, I received a part that didn't match what I had paid for.
They refuse to take responsibility and blame me for choosing the wrong part, even though they were the ones who selected it. I feel this is a deceptive practice to attract customers and a complete scam. I don't recommend them; it's better to look for more transparent alternatives. Don't buy from them.
