In my opinion, the customer service is exceptional. And last, but not less important, the prices are very competitive, compared with others web sites.

Great people to shop with unreal parts 10out of 10

at first there is some negative feedback of this website but i try to order Lexus part from Yoshi anyway, the price include shipment and import duty still 40% cheaper than dealer in my country. The part arrived on time with perfect condition. Real appreciated!

We had an issue with the USA Customs holding up the delivers. The YoshiParts customer service reached out and got them pushed through. I will use them again for my hard to find parts.

First, great parts catalog and technical documentation.

Order was slightly delayed but not important I was not in a hurry. Everything in good condition and parts perfectly met my expectations.

No doubt I will consider reorder again in the future if/when I need to replace original genuine parts on my 32 year old Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series.

Sergio. S displays very POOR customer service. I enquired about transmission filter and he added transaxle assy to my cart instead. When i saw the price and asked if he was sure he added the right part, he insisted that i enquired about complete transmission...which I DID NOT!! He was also VERY RUDE in telling me to search for the item myself after i told him he was in the wrong. Thanks to the person who assisted me via whatsapp and displayed good customer service skills.

This is my third time ordering and i doubt i will be ordering again. The second time i ordered something, i was waiting for it to be shipped for a very long time. I ended up reaching out to them to find out why the item wasn't shipped. They were pleased to tell me that I didn't order anything after checking the order number that i provided ( this was the same order number i got after checking out). Luckily i had a screenshot of the order confirmation, i sent it to them and they shipped the order shortly afterward. Can you imagine if i didn't have that screenshot?? Buyer beware!!! Always have proof of payment for your order.

I got a wiper for my old Toyota from yoshiparts after searching a lot for it online . Thank you for having a new car windshield wiper arm even for an old prius.

Every time after completing the order and paying for it, they raise issues and demand additional payments.
Very frustrating to work with them!
The chat response service is very robotic without understanding the customer and only after several days of waiting without a response

Fast response from customer service, great communication, user friendly website , fast shipping and amazing package care.

I ordered a part that i couldnt find in my city, it came double packaged ( which is perfect ) and the part was perfect just what i needed, plus its the easiest car search you can just input the vin number and it will pop up everything for your car, glad i found them! Delivery is normal considering the distance took me 12 days

All parts delivered were as ordered and price offered was excellent. Minor issue with 2 parts that had longer delivery which I cancelled and money refunded with no problems.
