Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I booked a tour scheduled for 2:00 PM, but the company changed the departure to the morning one day before the tour. I received conflicting information (9:00 AM vs 9:30 AM), which caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my plans. Although I eventually joined the tour, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We formally reject the incomplete and misleading version of events presented in this review.
The customer was informed of the rescheduling and, in her own written message, explicitly stated:
“I will join the tour.”
We immediately replied:
“Ok, so it is confirmed.”
We then provided clear instructions to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the confirmed time and even specified the identifying sign on the transfer bus.
These written communications have been retained.
Therefore, presenting the situation publicly as though the departure time was simply changed “at the last minute without proper communication” deliberately omits a fundamental fact: the customer was informed, replied in writing and explicitly confirmed that she would join the rescheduled tour.
She was subsequently picked up and participated in the booked experience.
During the tour, the customer then complained that the cruise was lasting 5 hours instead of 4. Once again, the published tour information clearly states:
“Cruise time and route can be changed to 5h around island with no extra cost.”
Despite being shown this information, the customer continued to complain while actually participating in the service she had booked and received.
We have retained the booking documentation, the published tour conditions, the complete email correspondence and the full WhatsApp conversation.
Given the serious and misleading public statements now made against our company, all documentation has been forwarded to our legal office for formal assessment.
We invite the customer to explain why her review completely omits her own written statement “I will join the tour” and our immediate written confirmation of the rescheduled service.
Criticism is legitimate. Publishing an incomplete version of documented events while omitting written communications that materially change the facts is a different matter.
We are awaiting your clarification.

Must-do experience
The tour was amazing!
The location was easy to find and everyone was very friendly.
We could see a lot of beautiful places and the captain made sure to give us enough time on every stop. We even did two 20 minute swimming stops, where you could swimmwith the fish in the turquoise water. On one of them we could even swim into a cave.
All in all a well rounded tour, would 100% recommend!

The cruise was amazing from start to finish. The captain was very friendly and welcoming, and they even waited for us even though we arrived 10 minutes late, which we really appreciated. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. We went to several different locations around the Isle of Corfu. He stop and allowed ample time to explore and experience the area. He was very attentive to all his passengers needs such as extra time to get on and off the shuttle or help with a wheelchair.
